Completely remove MySQL from Computer along with the old password and all the other configurations.

This is because, some files that are related to MySQL are locked by the Operating System. And as MySQL service runs forever in background, they can't be deleted even though MySQL has been uninstalled.
This can be fixed by restarting your PC, which in turn releases the RAM, hence removes every bit of MySQL process from your computer.

I tried to remove the password from my sql root user and I ended up messing it up. Your other video helped me BIG time to reset the password. See bro.. the password that we all know is for the MySQL itself.. it doesn't add a password to the databases..
Its like a lock to a safe.. once the safe is accessed, you dont need any password anymore..
The password is just needed to start the MySQL server.. it doesn't affect the databases inside it.
So, no databases will have password in itself..

I am unable to reset my password. For some reason it is not working. I have tried everything! so I am not thinking of just starting again with a new installation.
I am working on a lot of databases within MySql80 which i cannot lose!. once i have uninstalled and reinstalled the application. if i move the backed up database folders back into "C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\Data" will Mysql80 just pick up the databases automatically or do i need to do anything to import the data in? i dont want to remove the application without knowing how to fully restore the backed up databases. any help would be great.

U can copy the backed up data to the same folder from where u backed it up.
Mysql will automatically accept the databases..
