Nice one. Really nice one. I wrote a thesis on how we are constantly being ripped off by companies putting cheap chemicals in complex coloured packaging. This means they charge us based on the variety of fears we have of dealing with otherwise basic stuff which should reflect in price.
I have a wood shop and woodworm has got into my oak stock. Great money saving tip. I don’t want to add water or moisture to my wood so I wonder if I could mix it with white spirit to get it down the holes. What’s the worst that can happen
Smart man - Amazing what a little research can do for you, plus the added bonus of saving money. as for floor beams, no treatment is needed just dry out the water content levels - if not too far gone or rotten obviously.
Thankyou for the warning about cats for this treatment. Was just looking for a treatment for a large tree branch ive just installed in my cats playroom that i wanted to treat. My cats are my babies so Thankyou so much
Lol class, nice one mate. I found out the same with dog shampoo recently, £6 cheapest bottle in pets at home, same ingredients as supermarket cheapest ones.

Just what I needed. Just ordered 2.5 liters... and if that is not enough .. the cost is not prohibitive. Thank you.

Thanks John, just buying a very old building with wood worm.
And another question, I have cats, how long should I keep them away from the treated piece of furniture?
I agree with deeva, what is the ratio of the mix, what is bottle for. ?????
Also want to know how much to use. Any answers anyone?
I'm supposing you are suggesting to use the Wilko powder mixed with water and spray it?
I think we have to guess that part.
I put the powder straight into the holes and burrows and plan to cover with carpenters wax. Do you think I should have mixed with water first?
