- Mrs Ranjeet Kaur Ari & her husband Joginder Singh Ari paid Rs 41 Lakh towards buying an additional 2BHK flat in their redevelopment project. As of today, Wadhwa builder has not handed over the flat & not refunded this money either!
Over and above that, Wadhwa Group owes the elderly couple 11 lakhs towards corpus fund, and a further Rs 7.65 lakhs of alternate accommodation rent for 17 months. (These are only the principal amounts, and we aren't even venturing to calculate interest costs!)
The redeveloped building is named Anmol Fortune.
Mr Ari, who speaks fluent Marathi, narrates their case in detail.

Marathi is Language of Maharashtra State , pls dont Join religion to Language which is very foolish . People of all religions in Tamil nadu speak tamil , and people in Kerala speak malayam .
Dont understand why marathi people get so shocked when some non hindu speak fluent marathi in Mumbai .. has happened with me many times .

Marathi is the forced regional language of Bombay. If it were the actual regional language, lot of people including me would know it. Instead we know Hindi. That's for your first comment.

It is Really Story of Almost all Builder Lobby...I really feel that India is Such a Beautifull country but Law and Goverment Specially RERA law....Sometime I feel Modi Government is Really Doing Awesome Work or They are Just Fooling everyone...Belive there will be strong Opponent also in Politics Because of that Modi Government playing a Game very easily...If there will be a Good Politician who really came from Ground Level Work they can be a Best Opponent for modi Because best Opponent is Required for Healthy Democracy here I am not taking a topic to Political issue but really see the Roots Everyone know what builder lobby is Doing but no one is taking strong Action...Even I made a Heavy loss in Sunteck Builder he is Biggest Fraud..Sunteck Builder have a Good CRM Team who trap a Customer in a Smart way with a Paper Work and fool a People...Even I have a Proof even I keep my words properly in front of Court But They asking for money to file a case already I have a loss again I have to pay money for a justice...that mean to get justices required a Money too I don't want to put a singel penny..Sunteck they sold my properties 23june 2022 without informing me and they sell in higher value they use my money also after that they sold a same properties in higher value they deduct my 50% of that 20% propertie Value just imaging how they are manipulating people...State and central Goverment know everything....Belive me if there will strong opponent which is very crucial then modi Government not going to win so easily so it is my Humbel request to all Young generation and old Retire person everyone try to enter in a politics also which will provide us a Better PM, CM, MLA....
