God will provide❤️🙏🏻, AMEN….REAL TALK yung sinabi mo na maswerte yung mga tao na hindi na.obliga mag.bigay sa mga magulang, and isa ako dun sa mga tao na dati nilalait, dinadown ng pamilya dahil tingin nila wala ako mararating sa buhay, pero nag-iba ng naging OFW na ako, since 2014 until now na pamilyado na ako, nakatali pa din ako sa pag-bigay ng sustento sa mama ko, kaya nag-susumikap kmi mag-asawa na this burden will end in me. I pray to God na mabigyan ko ng magandang buhay ang anak ko, na hindi sya ma-oobliga na mag-bigay at sumuporta saamin kasi stable kmi mag-asawa. Tithe should be based from the gross pay. We should return what we owe to God based on the overall income He provided us :) So much inspired nung una ko nakita yung tithe. Keep it up!

Ang mga ofw talaga pay check to paycheck lang din parang Dito lang din sa pinas... Pinag iba lang may insurance sila, konting savings and benefits... Hindi Po sila namumulot lang Ng Pera...

Malaki kita sayo ng agency. Wala na nag offer ngayon ng below 30USD/hr. Pero okay lang yan pag matapos mo contract mo sa agency, makapamili ka na ng pagtratrabahoan na mataas ang offer.
Wala ma po talga kasi 2018 pa po sya na offer yan. Fortunate enough na after 5 months of work iba na ang rate ko 😊

Ang baba ng cost of living jan mam, dito sa amin apt is 1250 ang 2 bed 1.5 bath. Ang electricity 150minimum
Sa electricity po madaming windmill dito sa amin. Sa apt an hour away from us ganyan na rin presyohan. Pero syempre mas mtaas namn siguro rate nyo jan.

Eb3 is immigrant visa. Magkaka green card ka agad pagdating dito. Kahit ma fire ka sa work you can stay in the US. For H1B that is working visa if you get fired at wala ka namg employer, uwi ka nasa Pinas.

Depende po sa experience, state, unit and agency/direct hire. An hour away from us doble na po jan ang take home nila 🙂 and sample lang po sya na computation for easier computation 😉

Pagipunan nyu din po un property tax ng sasakyan hehe. Nagulat kami ni misis ng dumating yung bill na un $750 dito sa Missouri 😂
Fortunately wala po kaming yearly property tax ng cars dito sa Iowa, parang sa pinas lang na registration depende sa klase ng sasakyan. Ang tax ay payment lang sa initial registration.

If that's the case. you could repay your parents sa nagastos nila sa college education mo plus interest kung you are ungrateful enough to deny them financial support pagtanda nila. Kasi sa america hindi yung parents gagastos sa college education sa mga anak. culture natin yan to take care of our parents financially pagtanda nila.
Every family has different dynamics. If parents are financially stable naman they will not ask for support then the kids will just give pag special occasions or if they really need help.
“Emergency fund” life is a two way.
Dapat ang mga anak as soon as possible they will learn to be independent para ang mga magulang makaipon din for their retirement. Hirap kasi sa ibang bata ok lang kahit di sila mag work kasi anjan naman sila mama at papa to support me then ang ending ang mga magulang di na naka prepare for their retirement kasi laging nakadepend ang anak then pagtanda nila ang mga anak ay still starting sa life kaya hirap na sila both financially. Again every family has different financial situation. Maswerte lang kami both ng husband ko that our parents are still able, so we only give pag special occasions or pag kami na ang nag lambing to give money to them. But they never oblige us na kailangan namin silang padalhan monthly. But that doesn’t mean that we are ungrateful. Di lang po sa pera na susukat yan. Unless yon ang sukatan ng iba 😉

$24/Hr pay mo sa US? That is very low. san ka sa U.S wala na ata nag pay ng ganyan sa U.S.... LOL apt 500 plus lang san ka nakatira sa US.

Ask a family in the US if they can give you an extension credit card so you can piggy back on their good credit, that is, if they have good credit. If not, then you have to just keep on paying your entire credit card balance every month. Do not leave a balance. In a couple of years, you can reach the high 700’s. Use credit card always and pay it up. Even paying bills. This will create a credit history. Worked for 2 yrs and saved like crazy. Able to buy a house in Cali. Not to boast but hope you will be inspired. Good luck and God Bless.
