I love that you threw the lime faux fur in the trash. I’m working on getting that free with discarding fails. I spend waaaay too much time trying to save my fails. Example: I applied iron interfacing to the wrong side of a knit dress. I was already using two fabrics to make one dress so there was no scrap I could recut. After a month, i cut the dress into pieces and stuck the pieces in my scrap box. Thank you for sharing that experience.

I love your energy! But don’t throw fabric in trash. Cut it up and upcycle or find businesses in your area that recycle. Especially since you will always have fails. I’ve been sewing for 40 plus years and still make fails😅
