The next freeway video will not be for quite a few weeks (excluding one with a freeway intro that will go up in a couple weeks), but I'm planning to have one for 6 weeks in a row starting sometime in February!
Went to Tu Taco Tienda on a whim recently, I just got carry out and I didn't notice the dining area so I wasn't expecting much. But yeah, those tacos were amazing. You should also check out Taqueria Victoria in Farmington when you get a chance
