Hi Adele, good video as usual. I am planning to start next week. I have noticed that my breakfasts and lunches now are easy to stay within calories, it is what I eat at and around dinner that is tripping me up. That's were the work needs to be done.
Great video. I’ve started already but I took time and was sensible and recalculated calories so I had something to reduced when I slim back down. I was tempted to jump straight back in on low calories to lose fast but I knew I would stall so took the sensible approach. X

Still trying to get my head back in the game. Started chemo in capsule form today, just seems lots of trips to the dr's at the moment.
