I just picked up 3 sets yesterday for my office. I used the set this morning...great sound quality! It was one of the very few online meetings I have heard recently!
I have used so many expensive headphones way expensive ones, but nothing beats this one in comfort, quality and everything else.. I never was able to replace this with anything else
I RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS HEADSET IN A BEAUTIFUL SOFT PINK AND CAN'T WAIT TO USE IT FOR MY WFH TELEPHONE ASSIGNMENT! THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR REVIEW! 💝💝🙏🏾🙏🏾
I might take this headset back- it does not cancel background noise at all, it also is picking up on peoples voices in the headphones itself which defeats purpose of using it for VOIP if the person can hear themselves from your headphones. The wire on the same side as the microphone is also bad and keeps getting in the way of the microphone.
The best headset I ever used, so far. With the mic, my voice does not sound muffled/low like every other headset I used. The speaker gives clear sound of all frequencies instead the overly bassy/low sound without any high pitches that every headset has. How is this is a bad headset? All the other headsets that claim to be "noise cancelling" just makes your voice extremely muffled/low. That's horrible. That is not noise cancelling, that is voice cancelling. It's better to use this headset which has no noise cancellation, and then turn on noise reduction/cancellation setting in whatever VoIP application you are using eg. Discord etc. The only big issue I have is the picking up on other people's voice itself which you stated, and it is annoying. But please, if there is any headset in this price range that is better and doesn't muffle everything, please... I beg you please recommend it to me.
Hi there. Hope all is well. I just bought me one and believe you me I spent a whole day tinkering with settings on my pc, testing on skype, zoom.... And i was impressed with skypes noise cancelation feature. Amazing!! There's two factors that i noticed when it came with the microphones noise cancelation. The mic built itself and the input volume in your pc. I set the input to 50%-100%. So just set it lower then 100% and it adjusts well with your voice and background noise. But that Skype noise cancelation is amazing.
Hi Jose, the Zone wireless does have ANC that you can turn on and off to help further reduce unwanted noises you'd hear in loud environment like a coffee shop for example. It won't block out 100% of noise, but it will help reduce a lot of the noise.
I wish I found this channel before I bought these luckily I got the Logitech H390 on woot for 4$ are comfortable for me and the sound is great but you can definitely hear things in the background so I’m going to watch more of your videos to find a good pair
Excellent REVIEW, thank you, the microphone actually did a fair job with noise cancelling, and voice sounds almost natural, thx again, for the price this is a keeper.
Haha. The mic from the headset sounds better than your other 🎙! These are great headphones though, I got a pair for my son from goodwill for $3 and have no regrets.
[07:32] Hey there, David! Thanks for the detailed review of the Logitech H390 USB headset. You covered a lot of ground, and I appreciate the effort you put into it. [07:46] I have a few questions about the headset: 1. How comfortable is it for extended use? Does it feel tight on the head? 2. Is the microphone adjustable in any way, even if it doesn't bend? 3. You mentioned the thin top part of the cable. Have you encountered any issues with it so far? [08:00] Your insights would be really helpful for making a decision. Keep up the great work on your channel!
My office only uses these. The sound quality is actually decent all around. They do feel a little cheap. My one complaint would be they are not very comfortable for long periods of time but how can you really go wrong at that price!
Just got a set of these for work, using them I can hear very well, very clear - (I am taking telephone calls most of the day), but the background noise cancelling on the mike isn't ideal, still quite a bit of background noise from what people tell me on calls.
Hi Jean, thanks for sharing and you’re right the headset works well but not as good when it comes to blocking out background noise callers would hear. Customers have been telling us the Discover D722U works well for blocking out background noise. Something you can consider for the future.
I work as med and legal remote interpreter . So thanks to your video I went ahead and order the Logitech H390. And to My surprise I got a good deal in Amazon. Thanks. Man. 🎉
I was using this for 4 months but I was curious how the sound clarity and noise cancellation quality of this H390 works since I have never been tried to sound test it like via vocaroo or anything like that.Well I would say that noise cancellation is not that good but I think it still reduces the noise but not great unlike other brands like plantronics or jabra
I have used that from Argentina as a Remote interpreter, it works if I use it everyday for no more than a year and a half... because after that time it starts to fail. However, when it works, it works just fine. I would like to know the price in USA. Thank you.
Thanks brother, my office supplied one for me but I don't know the function of the bottom in between the volume key. i now know is a mute button. thank you brother for the enlightenment
it's not really noise canceling is just noise dampening on the microphone, noise cancelling software is way more effective and can also be used to cancel noise heared from your ears by emitting a oposed phase noise through the speakers that cancels part of the noise
Thank you for your video, just a quick question, which one do you think is better, the Logitech H390 or Microsoft LX-3000, for the long term usage and for the sound of the microphone? please if anyone knows, I would appreciate your reply:))
That's a tough question as they're both very similar and budget friendly headsets. Maybe flip a coin and choose 😆you won't notice a huge difference between the two in regards to mic and durability.
I'm curious how a headset like this would do for me. In recent times, headsets have caused an uncomfortable pressure feeling on the top of my head. Some have also caused discomfort on the sides of my head due to my wearing glasses. But this headset looks like it has a thinner headband than most, and the cups look on-ear rather than over-ear. Could be my answer, maybe. I'm just hesitant because I've spent enough money on PC peripherals for a while. Pardon the rant/vent. All I want is a comfortable headset tower when I'm using my PC; mostly for online gaming with friends.
I have a construction site next door with bulldozers, hammer drills and trucks from 7am-4pm everyday. I got these ones and they do quite a pretty good job cancelling out that noise.

Hello there! I have a Logitech Headset H390 (which is same as yours) that I have been using since October 2020. However, I suddenly observed that maybe my headset has a problem nowadays because the sound suddenly turns off just like when I am watching a UA-cam video. When the sound turns off, it means that the Logitech headset has been disconnected to my computer. Also, when the headset gets disconnected, the red light (found in the volume adjustment buttons) would turn off as well. Is it because of the headset’s wire damaged after months of using it?
Hi Rey, have you tried unplugging the USB cable, restarting your computer then connecting to a different USB port. If so, and the same result the headset may be defective. If within 2 years, you should be covered under warranty and we'd recommend you request a replacement. If it's been over 2 years of using the headset, then you'd want to purchase a new one.
@@HeadsetAdvisor I went to the shop where I bought it and found out that it was really defective. Fortunately, it has 1 year warranty. I have to wait for the update about it :)

Hello. I don't know much about noise canceling headsets. It seems the headset you are demonstrating cancels out noise for the for the other party using the microphone however what I need is something that will cancel out background noise for me. I need to be able to listen to my music and do things despite background noise around me. So with this product do that or will I need to get something else
The demo is how callers would hear you. The speakers cover both ears and give some passive noise cancellation but you may need headphones that fully enclose your ears to block out more noise.
Can I use the H390 with a landline instead of my computer? I'm starting a new job where they want us to make calls from a landline, no automatic dialing is used or VOIP. What do I need to make this work with my landline phone? Thanks, GB
@@HeadsetAdvisor Thanks David for getting back to me. I have to purchase a new phone one for this. So, there is nothing I can do? It's a brand new headset...Thanks for your time.
Is there an on button? I thought I just need to connect this to my laptop and it works? I get phone calls through my laptop since I work from home but it’s not connecting….?
Hi Marissa, it’s plug and play. You may need to check your computer control panel in the sound settings to make sure the speaker and microphone is set to default.
I'm looking for a headset that's comfortable to wear for long durations (my video conferences tend to last from 4-6 hours at a time). I don't need it for music and a mic is optional as I have a separate mic already. I used to use a HyperX cloud but even with the felt earcups, my ears would get way too hot inside the cans after about 30 minutes. With that in mind, does anyone have a suggestion, whether it be cans, on-ear or in-ear is fine as long as it's super comfortable.
Hi Alan, it sounds like the headset at the link below would fit perfect for you headsetadvisor.com/products/aftershokz-opencomm-uc-bone-conduction-stereo-bluetooth-wireless-headset-for-pc-mobile
i have these and i got noise bleed into the mic when it comes to voices, and is very annoying, i kinda "fix" with the audio/mic settings but is not really a solution. well they have good volume and nice sound for the buck. The mic ,aside the voice bleed problem, is good and clear, but is kinda bad with S and F sound, and can be uncomfortable for the listener. you must to go to audio settings to adjust the gain and amp to make them good, but the S & F problems plus the voice bleed to the mic will be always there. overall they are good, Amazon has mixed reviews between excellent and bad, i guess is not a reliable product when it comes a quality in the making. So if they aren't working good go to change them for a new pair at the store

Can I use the H390 with a landline instead of my computer? I'm starting a new job where they want us to make calls from a landline, no automatic dialing is used or VOIP. What do I need to make this work with my landline phone? Thanks, GB
Hi Gina, unfortunately not. If you'd like a compatible headset recommendation, can you provide the make/model of your landline phone?
@@HeadsetAdvisor Thanks David for getting back to me. I have to purchase a new phone one for this. So, there is nothing I can do? It's a brand new headset...Thanks for your time.

Bro cual es la diferencia entre los productos de Logitech hechos en china t los que se hacen en vietnam?
Is there an on button? I thought I just need to connect this to my laptop and it works? I get phone calls through my laptop since I work from home but it’s not connecting….?
Hi Marissa, it’s plug and play. You may need to check your computer control panel in the sound settings to make sure the speaker and microphone is set to default.
I connected my headset and the audio for my machine was still using the computer audio and not the headset.
In your audio sound settings you want to set your mic and speaker to the headset as default
@@HeadsetAdvisor that was it. thank you!
Can this be used with a Nintendo switch?
I just received my H390, however, when I plugged it in, I received NO SOUND coming through the headphones!!! Please advise. Regina
i have these and i got noise bleed into the mic when it comes to voices, and is very annoying, i kinda "fix" with the audio/mic settings but is not really a solution.
well they have good volume and nice sound for the buck.
The sound great but sometimes it’s giving this static sound and when recording it has this chipmunk sounds. Any remedy? Thank you.
