⚠CORRECTION⚠: Scorpion EXO Covert FX is a TCT Composite Shell, NOT polycarbonate. This sets the Covet FX apart from nearly all of it's competitors in this price range. Schad incorrectly states the both helmets at Polycarbonate at second 34.
Worth mentioning that the everclear shield on the Scorpion does such a great job, the pinlock really isn't needed. I live in the south where it stays humid all year and I've only ever had an issue on fogging in the worst of conditions.
I love my Scorpion EXO Covert FX I also have a bell bullitt ,a bell qualifier,an LS2 Citation II and DMD SeventyFive but I just keep on grabbing the scorpion 🦂 I actually feel safer it just feels better don’t know what it is but overall it feels comfortable, fairly quiet , good field of view easy to operate vents and visor only minor complains but definitely not deal breakers are a bit narrow (only when pulling into the helmet, which might be why it fits so good ??)
I always liked this shape as it remind me of Elio De Angelis's Helmet wich I always found was badass. I own two Covet FX and love them. One of them is the black one with the white cross for some cool David Coulthard vibe too. Can you guess I am a F1 fan?
i have a white covert fx... shouldve gotten that gray, looks badass. The gray has all covered whys the white left the vents black? But ive seen some with all white in their short vids. Why is that
It’s possible you have the matte cool grey (that’s basically white) since it has black accents s well as the S whereas the gloss white is completely white with a silver or “chrome” S
One question: I had a chance to test-fit the Simpson Ghost Bandit and the Scorpion HX1, both size Medium, they both had an almost perfect fit for me. If I decided to go for the Speed should I really get a Small size? Apart from the cheek pads, it's also a bigger fit on the EPS?

And as a tip, the ugly S is just fixed with a foam sticker, can be removed without leaving a trace.

We found the Speed Bandit to run big and recommend to round down a size.
