O meu estava com o mesmo problema. Retirei os parafusos e desconectei a bateria que estava junto à placa interna. Reconectei a bateria e voltou a funcionar normalmente. Caso não funcione tente adquirir uma nova bateria (3.7V +600mAh), pois talvez esteja viciada. Tente nunca utilizar o comunicador até esgotar totalmente a bateria, isso reduz a vida útil dela.
Obrigado vou tentar fazer isso. Me falaram que poderia ser o oscilador, mas não conheço de eletrônica
mine was started to die supper quick. took it apart, 3.7V +600mAh is correct battery. will try to swap it. Its around $6. thinking to upgrade it to 3.7V +1000mAh not sure if that will work

all i did was remove the screws on the back , open it and disconect the battery for like 1 min, plug it back in and problem solved.

Mine was having the same problem. I removed the screws and disconnected the battery that was next to the internal plate. I reconnected the battery and returned to normal operation. If it does not work try to get a new battery (3.7V + 600mAh), maybe it is addicted. Try never to use the communicator until the battery is completely exhausted, this reduces the battery life.
