    Masters wrestler here. Club one side, jump to a deep underhook to the other. It's never not been there because when you club, the arm pops up so he catches his balance.

    Back in the day our high school wrestling coach brought in a former Olympian to show us stuff. He did this to our undefeated state champion heavyweight and made him look like a child.

    excellent:
    i use them bang on collars for muay thai clinch ..
    this works well , with modified hand fighting and is thai clinch all the way .
    this is good for all, if they learn it.

    Is this just a movement drill to wear them out? Or do you use this live to create openings? And when/if you use it, do you hit 2-3 sides on average before an opening occurs?? This looks awesome, just trying to gauge how to use it properly for maximum effect.

      This is a movement drill. I doubt I ever do more than 2 in a row, and it's usually just 1.

    Is this supposed to build the receiver's balance and base so as to get a good base?

      David Turov that might happen, but the drill is for the guy performing the movement.
