1. His wrist is pre bent before the match begins.
Both the above tricks will help pulling, dragging your opponents hand towards you making it impossible to stop.
In an arm wrestling make sure:
1. Both players wrist position is straight not bent.
2. Both are seated straight, opposite to each other. Make sure no one is sideways.
