You only check for panic at the end of the Rally step. If you add suppression after the Perform Action step (like using Dauntless), you get to complete your activation as normal, although if you’re still Panicked during the end phase, that unit won’t be able to contest a POI.
You only get better cover when you’re Suppressed, not when you have any suppression tokens at all. That’s the old rule. The Super Commandos should have had no cover against Echo at 1:07:05

I couldn‘t find anything to that topic in the (new) CRB. There you only check during the ralley step if a unit is panicked.
I absolutely dislike not having all your miniatures deployed at the beginning of the game. So far, it just feels like feeding your troops to your opponents meat grinder.

Only thing I noticed so far is that you guys mentioned not being able to veto your opponents advantage card, but you absolutely can do that.

On the first attack, you apply dodges before modify dice, so the strike team wouldn't have spent the aim to make it pierce.

Yeah he's definitely incorrect.
I think that was one of the older rules that didn't carry over. I'm probably going to do a "Rules I get wrong" type of video soon.
