Stop signing players on 45k a week and letting them leave when the contract runs out. They’re clearly not good enough for Rangers. Spain will win it and the decision to play at Hampden was probably based on those that live in Glasgow wont be put out that much and those that don't always travel to Glasgow anyway so its only the venue that is different not what you want but the most logical thought process in dealing with it
