orangesarah12 There is pretty much nothing that is "copyright free" (public domain etc.). Just ask the artists if you can use it. Most are happy as long as you credit them, but if you want to be sure, contact Banks(' management).

well in the film contest I can't use anything that is copyrighted so I guess I can't use it

orangesarah12 I would assume that is to avooid to get in trouble because of copyright infringement. With an artists permission I can't see how you would get trouble here ;)
(Also, management of bigger artists (Banks) usually replies quickly)
