This is actually the funniest cheapest hobby there is for some people!! I just built my first a couple weeks ago had same problems with the power being weak wouldn’t go up my drive way so I just cut the muffler off just the muffler don’t take the whole thing off you’ll burn your leg I just cut it right where the muffler starts and yes it’s louder but it moves so freely now and it has way more power
Im learning how to maintain mine that ive had for just over a month. My chain has broken for the fourth time which is getting old . The bike has something to do with that i think. Ive learned that turning it upside down is not good if you want it to run well which mine no longer does too.
I need help connecting the kill switch. The kill switch on my Pexmor 100cc kit has a green wire and a black wire with a white line. The engine has a black wire and a red wire. Any idea which wire connects to which? Thanks
I had this exact same bike and I did this same project too but with a 100cc engine from bike berry. It’s a v1 and it barely fitted but in order for it to fit I had to take out the carb cover and other things then I realized it won’t work properly then. Then I saw this video and I realized how big a 100cc is. So I got to get a diffrent bike for it 😁
@@logancurran wild. Cause you can literally tell the difference from a new one & a broke in one. I sell & rebuild them. So it’s basically common sense to know.
@@earthangelsounds844 thats like saying you have to break in a new vehicle. It makes no sense. You sell and rebuild motors but dont have a single thing to back it up, i can get a whole new motor and it will run fine with no "breaking it in" build your motors right and you wouldnt have to break it in
Hey bro I have the same exact engine i built a couple months ago but I had some issues unlocking all the power it actually has and maybe yours will benefit like mine did. Just from taking off the carburetor plastic cap I was actually able to full throttle without any 4 stroking and I also unscrewed the bottom muffler cap and screwed it back tilted sideways to get it louder and a lot more torque and speed. I promise if you adjust those 2 things and maybeee the carb needle that thing will be flying uphill easily
I think most Brands would work 😁. Huffy Bikes are really good for the price, but the one I bought was too small to fit the carburetor in. So, we had to make a separate metal piece to allow the carburetor to be turned at an angle, which worked perfectly.
Most people on YT who build these arnt very mechanicaly inclinded. Whixh is bad because people lusten to them and think thatbthese bikes are bad when they break, because they dont kbow any better themselves.
I just got one of those engine kits and a brand new mountain bike to put it on. So far, not a lot has gone right.... engine is a really tight fit; my lower frame is huge tube so will have to modify that bracket; the center hole in the sprocket was too small to fit on the hub, machined it out and got it mounted perfectly centered but now my rear caliper doesn't have enough clearance by the sprocket to fit on the brake rotor..... arrrggggg!! 🤬 But.... im determined to make it work! 😁👍
This was killer to watch and a great idea. How much gas does it use? How far is the range on one tank? B/c it’s motorized do you have to have a motorcycle license? Killer project
It takes a half gallon of gas and an oil mixture to use (which you have to mix the oil with a whole gallon, like a weed eater). One tank could last anywhere between 30 - 40 miles. So it can get 60 - 80 miles to a gallon. No motorcycle license required, and you are able to take it anywhere, bc it's still legally a bicycle even though it has a motor on it. Thank you for the positive comment 👍
I got my 80cc engine on bicycle-engines.com (im not sponsored) called the Zeda 80 firestorm, engine kit. It's on sale for $199 but Shipping is about $30, but it is worth it because it gets delivered in about a week
🔥🔥
They are a blast bro that’s a great motor You have welcome to the hobby.
Thanks man, I'm really enjoying it so far 😁

Thanks for the upload!!

Trust me feels more like a dirt bike after cutting the muffler off just a little louder but ten times more fun 🎉
I bought a straight pipe for mine

if you go with a bigger rear sprocket it will climb hills easy. the trade off is top speed.
Thank you for the info

Gotta break it in first
i’ve built about 20 of these and never broke them in, they all go great

@@Niggward420 you do have to break in a new vehicle. That’s why the ones with mileage last longer than a new one off the lot.

actual amazing viddeo
Thank you

I have the same bike but a 500W Bafang Front Hub Motor on it. Wouldn't want it to go any faster considering the brakes.
My guy you got the names of every single part wrong.
Bless but it was funny.

Outstanding
Thank you
Iam on my 4th engine first two were 100 dollars I worked on more than I rode thought I would spend 100 more I bought zeda 80 firestorm great engines

how did you curve the carb bc on the same bike mine doesn’t fit the right way
I just made a whole different piece at work, using the dimensions from the original one but adding a curve at the end.
Its a sprocket not a spoke
Ik I accidentally said it wrong 🤣
Welcome to the hobby
Thank you, I am enjoying it 😁
Is it cause the carburetor wouldn't fit
Yes 👍
I was thinking bout getting a Walmart 4 stroke motor kit for my bike
My question is
Will it work even though it's cheap?
I haven't tried one yet but I believe it could work with the right bike frame.
I’m actually looking at the exact same bike for the same purpose
Awesome 👍👍💪
I did this but with a 100 cc motor. This thing is epic.
That sounds aweome
@@BurksWorksYT it takes a motor surprisingly well. Ride 20 miles at least daily.
Wow 🙂

How to get get you carburetor sideways
I made a custom piece from metal 👍, but you could buy the sideways piece online instead of making one.
thats the exact same bike i did for my build lol only cost $98
Lol that's cool, it is a really good bike
Hi. Im from poland. I have 80cc too. Its good bike. I like my cyclebike. Do you see my bike.

Spoke?
I accidentally called the sprocket a spoke, I didn't realize until after uploading the video. But I did label it sprocket when opening the parts. 🤣
Underpowered, shouldve went with a 212
my 80cc engine goes 65mph wit sum upgrades
I did a couple of simple upgrades that got mine to 33 mph. A 212cc was kind of over my budget 🤣
You would be better off with an e bike! Those little chinese motors are junk
I think that they have pros and cons for each one
The electric ones (the batteries) like to burn up though. 🙄
You don’t even know what a carb is
Let him learn man I bet u didn't know whay a carb was at some point mate
