@@gd3air24th strike was the early version of the romhack which was made in 2011, later in 2023 they remade 4th and renamed it to 4rd to separate the 2 (I think)

its basically a timer super where gouki gets a buff but with this training script its kinda broken since 4rd strike is a romhack and not an official game

How to download 4 rd strike version ?
it’s on fightcade 2, it’s a group you can join, if you have the json files it will auto download the needed ron’s when you join it, same for every game
missing tatsu super
That super was relocated to Ryu, Akuma in it's place seems to have gotten an install super which changes him to Shin Akuma for an short period of time
