Finding WATER in our New Sailing Boat
Вставка
- Опубліковано 1 жов 2024
- Think the water is meant to be on the outside of the boat...not the inside! We were hours away from setting sail for the first time when we decided to bring the pilot berth floor up. First finding mould, then realising it was because there was a lot of water just sitting there, under our galley cupboards, slowly seeping into the wood- not good.
Hey ho, whats one more hurdle anyway?

About Us
We are Becka and Zach, a couple who, in 2020, dreamt of sailing off into the big blue. Trouble is- we were in a pandemic, had a university degree to finish, on a student budget, only had ever sailed dingies, oh and didn’t have a boat. The dream seemed not only unrealistic but pretty insane.
However, we worked hard, finished our degrees, worked as many hours as physically possible, saved with all our might, got experience and in March 2022 bought our very own sailboat, Teulu. Having little sailing experience and being a young couple, we have encountered a tonne of hurdles and made plenty of mistakes! but for every downfall, there has always been a reason to dust ourselves off and carry on.
We hope you can join us as we sail around the world and keep #bloodydoingit
#sailing #boatlife
You two are doing great, but please get yourselves an inexpensive "Shop Vac". They can be used wet or dry and you can vacuum all the water out, as well as vacuum the rest of the boat when needed.. In the US they usually cost less than $40 for a 3 gallon, and don't take up that much space. It will keep you from ringing out towels all the time.
On another note, your comment about living each day is spot on. You will someday look back and might regret not really living for the moment. And its the little small moments that sometimes mean the most. I'm glad to see young people realizing that while they are still young. Makes me smile.
Fair winds and following seas!
Dan
Thanks for the suggestion Dan! It's something we are definitely looking into- just have had a lot of expensive purchases recently so its been pushed a bit further down the list 😅
Gotta live in the moment- otherwise you look back and regret it!
@@TeuluTribe Agreeing with Dan here. You would have saved hours of boat yoga. Milwaukee makes a great one. It is cordless. I know the mains ones are cheaper but honestly don't get it. Once you have this you will be using it constantly. Also, you won't go wrong with Milwaukee tools. Sooner or later you will buy a few essential power tools. they should all use the same battery and charger of course.
Young lady, how did one of such few years gain such wisdom? "Don't just wish it away" - what a wonderful, heartfelt, moment that was. Thank you!
Thanks Samuel- i have definitely had my very 'unwise' moments! Just doing my best though 😊
Had a good chuckle over the water tank overflow. That hose also likely serves as the pressure equalization for the tanks. Next task is to find all the lines running diesel around the engine. There are likely at least 4. Fuel from tank to engine, from engine return to tank, deck fill, and overflow/equalizer. You absolutely don't want to overfill your diesel tank and get it in the bilge.
Ugh, bit of a silly moment 🤣 will do that about the fuel tank, yes that sounds absolutely awful so will try and avoid it!! Thanks Mark 😊
not sounding that bad with a weak-ass electrical motor now. i have only been left with no power on electrical motors like 3 times already so im the one to talk.
Love the honest way in which you are sharing your experiences... It's fun to follow you both and I'm already enjoying your journey.
One of the things that Covid seems to have shifted in the media and especially on UA-cam, is the move to share what life is really like, as you mentioned yourself Becka... that includes all the things that we don't do perfectly, and all the issues that come with doing anything at all, especially complicated things like living on a boat. It's so very important to share this reality so that we all collectively can stop comparing ourselves to the fictitious and perfect versions of other people that don't exist. Thank you!
Thanks so much! Everything in your comment is spot on! Comparison is the no.1 killer of happiness. What is so damaging isn't just how fabricated 99% of online life is but its the fact is made to seem like real life which is just isn't! We are trying to change that- whether its the fact i (Becka) am breaking out, or everything is going wrong or we don't know what we are doing- its life! Raw and real and we have nothing to hide 😊
Great job! Also, your comments about being in the moment are absolutely true and very wise, especially when you are working on a big project like this.
Thanks! Yes, it is one big project! Can say the same about life 😊 gotta just tick small things off at once and one day you will look back and see how it has all come together 😊
Hey guys
Is the video on purpose not listed on UA-cam public spaces ?
People won't see the video that way. So only when you click on your channel it is possible to see there is a new video !
At least that is what it shows to me...
Hope i could help.
Greetings Marci
I agree.. I only found it by watching their other videos.. They need to fix it.
This is the video going live next Monday 😊 Thanks for the heads up!
@@TeuluTribe Glad to hear it, and to know we got a preview..
Great work guys! Love the positive attitude! One suggestion (I’m currently working through the same thing): assuming a chainplate is good if the side you can see looks ok, that’s risky. Crevice corrosion happens on the *other* side, where the plate surface contacts the hull, if water is getting in there and oxygen can’t reach. I’m given to understand that the only way to be sure is to take one chainplate off, clean it up thoroughly, and then look on all surfaces for any tiny cracks or other evidence of corrosion. If problems, check the rest too…
Oh n a haul out maybe as if you do that on purchasing a boat. Poor little kids haven't left the dock yet and your scaring a 2k bill in picky. Did there daddy think it necessary. NO !!! Laddy's got a daddy thank you very much.
@@ji6050 guess that schooled me 😉
Will check out the other side soon! Thanks Luke 😊
@@TeuluTribe chain plates must be removed to be inspected.
The corrosion that will dismast you is buried in the deck penetration.
This is a 10 year inspection, so if the previous owner did it 5 years ago, then just look for leaks and put it in a calendar for the appropriate yard period.
@@sailingnomad4963 Thanks! Will find out when they did and write it down 😊
Such wise words. Something I often forget when things don’t go as planned. Great vlog as ever. Thank you
Thanks Spence! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
Really love your guys videos and the honesty, as an aspiring cruiser myself watching you have your ups and downs and being honest when mistakes happen is wonderfully refreshing and shows a better side to the life of a livaboard as opposed to some of the other channels out there where its all fair weather sailing.
We want to be as honest as possible because its not all sunshine and rainbows and we think its important to keep it real 😊
You guys are awesome! Stay positive and remember you will be learning something new everyday. That’s part of the fun. Before you know it you guys will be able to fix just about anything on your boat. It’s actually a good thing just in case you have a problem at sea. Good luck you guys and enjoy life to the fullest.
Thanks Chris! I guess the old saying goes 'a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor' so hopefully these little issues will help us in the long run 😊
Have you guys got a water pump, a portable one? I know I harp on about rnli but go and see your crew and ask which one they use to take on rescues? They may be able to offer some advice on a cheap pump/generator to have on board.
We have a hand siphon thing! But good idea about asking them- they are the experts!
Treat yourself to a dehumidifier. Warmer air will hold more moisture but unless it’s replaced by drier air the moisture will condense again on the cooler surfaces of the boat. Mainly those cooled by the sea. I know you can’t run it all the time but the boat will benefit from periodic bouts of super-dry air particularly those spaces where the air is not circulated often. Your enthusiasm is infectious, enjoy!
We have just got one! Which we are super happy about 😊 Thanks!! 😊
The prior boat owner was not completely honest with you when he sold you the boat. Sorry about your mold, water storage system. Leaning boat without 20 gallon jugs. Hopefully you emailed him of your disappointments.😢
You two are fab, your ability to work things out so soon into your journey will set you in good stead for when you do set sail. Also, you are learning so much about your home - keep it up.
Thanks so much 😊 we sure are learning a tonne!
As weird as you two are, I suppose your children will still maybe look Nordic. Probably not though.
Great video again guys! cant wait for you both to finally set sail! will be a great adventure for you both and all us watching! Cant wait!
Thanks! Eek, not long. Next week may be the week 😉
Absolutely fantastic, I am so sorry to laugh at 1 you turned the tap on with the filter off and then 2 the overflow. But this is really how you learn. The thing is these life lessons will stay with you forever and give you a chuckle in years to come. It looks like you are making progress. Have fun and enjoying your boat. You have so much room in your engine room.
Thanks Scott! Hahah was such a me thing to do 😅 That is very true about the lessons staying with you! We love our engine room- its one of the things that sold us on the boat 😊
You guys are doing great. One day at a time with projects and you will be out sailing before you know it.
Thanks Dave 😊
Loved your reflection during the hard times. That's a mistake I did on my last sailboat , I didn't enjoy the process of getting the boat ready for offshore sailing as I was always living for the when it would be ready that I forgot to enjoy the process. This time around I have a whole new approach to getting my current sailboat ready . Life is a marathon not a sprint . Keep going guys , your doing amazing . Loving the videos.
Thanks so much! It sometimes takes you living that way for a while to realise how wrong it is to live for the future (i was sooo guilty of it before this!). However, its hard not to when you are just so excited for something 😊
Great job! My back gets sore and I get a crink in my neck just watching you crawl in and out of those tight spaces.
Thanks so much! Hhaha yes, theres lots of those on our boat 😆
Your onytail looks very Grande
New boats require a lot of maintenance....old boats...well....good luck.
Haah yup!
All you got is this moment. The future and the past don't exist. It's a journey. Enjoy!
Very true! Thanks 😊
Use a turkey baster to get the last dregs of water out, especially in difficult to reach places. easier & less messy than a sponge.
Great suggestion and something we wouldn't have thought of! Thanks 😊
Life! It's great, IF you don't weaken. Had a go laugh at your misfortune with the water and especially, the overflow from your water tank. You live and you learn. Keep smiling.
Oh you have to laugh! I can't wait to watch these back in years to come and just giggle at our silly mistakes. You really do live and learn 😊
"We just have to enjoy the now" I do not know if you just came up with that (at that time) but regardless you might know or enjoy discovering Eckhart Tolle. What you say is so close to what you say and he had some influence on my thinking.
And yes I realize this is more than nine months old.
BTW That "engine room", in a 40' boat, wow. JUST wow.
I’ll make sure I check that out, thanks Alain! We still can’t believe the space we have in there 😅
Epoxy sets under water, don't panic.
By the way, when you say you want to go for your first sail, you do mean first sail in your new boat. You have been sailing before haven't you?
Thats nice to hear 😊 yes, we both have plenty. Both dingy sailed and have our day skippers and have experience on yachts too 😊
Guys do yourselves a favour and go and buy some different size buckets or pails, cheap but handy to have for those jobs of cleaning and putting under things we you are taking things apart.
Cheap investment but handy to have around.
Good idea Barry! Thanks 😊
You’ve just moved in to your new boat just like buying a house. And like a house you will always get teething problems, just remember all these little jobs are making your new home in to your forever home. It will get better
That’s a really good point- I think it’s easy to forget there will be lots of teething issues and these are simply those! 😊
Life (unless you're born rich) isn't easy and you are setting out on a life style that very few are lucky enough to have even after working their whole life. The earlier in life you try it, will mean a larger percent of problems compared to enjoyment. Keep a positive attitude and try to get satisfaction and pride from solving the problems that arise.
Very true- lots of lessons to be learnt. Thanks Jerry 😊
Real boat life 🤣👌 Coming up next flood… impeller change!
Haha yup! 😆 servicing the engine soon! Just waiting on parts 😊
Very nice boat, well fitted out. You need to get a skipper and some tuition before taking it out. There is only one scary, dangerous, difficult, daunting thing in sailing and that is taking a boat on and off a marina berth. It's worse when shorthanded, even worse in wind, even worse if the boat is heavy, even worse if the boat is new, even worse if you are new and twice as bad in a strong tide marina. Look up Bob Beggs, he used to do work in the area, no idea if he still can or will but I would give it some thought.
Thanks 😊 we have taken her out by ourselves a few times now- the first was a bit dodgy but the last time went perfectly 😊
Since I have been involved with boating my whole life I have found almost every problem turned out to be a learning experience and teaches you more about your boat.
Very true! 😊
i'm likely too old to start sailing and most definitely too poor so i'm just going to pretend your mistakes and misadventures are my own.
dandy episode so thankyou for that.
Haha you can 100% do that! Glad you are here for it 😊
Top tip keep some nappy’s onboard for soaking up liquids
Good suggestion- thanks!
good philosophy there, is all good learning , and getting to know the important stuff in the boat , soldier on ,
Thanks Duncan, will do! 😊
A product called turtle pac this is for fuel ⛽ and is portable unit to fit in unusual places maybe some thing to consider 🤔
Will look into this! Thanks Peter 😊

i love yall so much and dam becka make me cry one more time hahahaha and well said i 100% agree with you
Hhaha will try not to! 😆
My grandmother would say, "These are the good 'ol days."
They really are!
The tube in the h drain hole was not needed really. You could just seal the wood with epoxy
It is a bulkhead, so we wanted to make sure it was very well supportive! Maybe overkill but it worked haha
Problems do not exist, it are possibilities to improve your boat :-)
Very, very true!
I have a habit to set a timer with alarm when I fill barrels in the garden and do something else meanwhile otherwise it is easy to forget.
Thats a good idea, thanks!
He needs to keep a eye on you , you are trouble you will sink the boat before it leaves the dock .
What? haha
can you say boat Yoga?
Im so sorry but it did make me laugh at the end, great work guys
Haha lots of 'doh' moments 🤣
Epoxy will cure wet. No problem.
That’s so great to hear!! 😊
Went up a level when I spotted the wrc T-shirt
Picked up in Karlstad after Rally Sweden a couple of years back
Haha funny
New boat but got leaked so quick.
It was an inside leak which we caused ourselves!
The Patagonia tee-shirt was not lost on me. When you get there you won't have to explain the name of the boat!
Whoop!
Life is one big lesson - Enjoy school!
Very, very true!
LOL. Well you two are certainly learning from the mishaps. It's aggravating and unfortunate, but it's a good way of learning because it will stick in your brain from now on. I'd say you're a step ahead despite a step or two backwards.
Very true- you never really learn when everything goes right so its a blessing in disguise we guess 😊

I know! 😥 he had to shave it off for work but it’s starting to grow back now! 😄
Always carry a pack of cheap disposable nappies they are useful for mopping up water or diesel leaks

Was a Survey done before Purchase? If not, ya shouldn’t be surprised of problems popping up…Just grin & bear it…But as ya continue on the “Learning Curve” you’ll get to know yer boat much better…Hard work & Experience will help ya get there…Keep it up😎
Yep! Survey was done but she's an old boat and as we are adding things/ finding out what works for us, we are slowly delving into every area possible and as a result, will find things that weren't previous seen 😊
Try a shop vac/wet & dry vacuum. Will save you a ton of time using it instead of using a sponge (you can suck out buckets of water if you want). Loved the video, great content.
Will do! I am sure it will save so much time and effort. Thanks for your comment 😊
I enjoy your trip into the unknown and will watch your videos to see how well you both do. It's great to see people there to help you along the way.
I did just look at your AMZ Wish list and fount it lacking so you may want to add to it.

Thanks! People are so kind and have helped us so much already! We are only keeping things on our Amazon wishlist that we really need and for now, thats all there is! Will stay strong for each other- thanks for your comment 😊
..... laughing ... the suspense .... you certainly got to know all the nooks and crannies of your boat ... took care of areas where water gathered and the scary mold ... have to say, even though it is on hands and knees, you have great access to your engine, a lot of peeps could only wish they had that luxury. .. love how your spirits were only marginally dampened by the challenges ..... chuckling ... can only start to imagine how you felt when you discovered it was the overflow that was the culprit .... I'm guessing thankful that the mystery is solved, water can now get to the bilge pump and the mold has been dealt with .... scared me when you were talking of the possibility of getting stuck and not panicking combined with the fact that you were alone ... epoxy fumes are in the category of being heavier than air and are not a good thing to be breathing and will fill up the bottom of the hull .. the area should be well vented ... I do not have the best answers, you may want to google ... "story time" .. back in the late 70's I came upon a chap that was gluing in, with contact cement, a new floor on his cabin sole. I found him making the shape of the chalk lines that you see in police dramas. Had to summon others as he was a big lad and we had to get him to fresh air fast. It was a struggle but am able to say that he did survive the ordeal. You can imagine how scary the situation was. All I can say is be cautious .... thx for sharing ... as always .. never stop dreaming, just dream bigger .. have fun be safe, save our oceans ...
Haha yes there are lots and LOTS of those! Honestly, there’s been plenty of those ‘oh man, was it really that simple’ moments 🤣 but there we go! Just got a respirator so will wear that next time whilst working with epoxy 😊 I bet that situation was really really scary- luckily he was ok! Thanks for the lovely comment 😊

hey becka and Zach i just wanted to say after stumbling across your channel and new sailing adventure this evening, this is the best thing ive seen since i began following Riley and Elana on La Vagabonde. Im currently stuck at home after a serious motorcycle accident and you pair are an inspiration to many people. i paused this video at 7.31 after listerning to Becka talk about enjoying every moment, the good, the bad and every experience in between. After suffering post accident depression your explenation on 3 steps forward and 2 back were the words i needed to hear this evening. I shall bin watch the remaining videos this evening until ive caught up in real time :)
Aw Ben, that is such a kind comment to read 😊 glad you are enjoying the vids and can follow our adventures as if they are your own. Have a lovely day 😊
Sorry you’re encountering so many aggravating problems. A couple of suggestions: 1) Have the marina put you in touch with a service company that will clean and “polish” the fuel in your fuel tank. Much safer and they will let you know the condition of the fuel in your tank before refilling it. 2) Buy a small 2-gallon “garden sprayer”. You can fill it with cleaning chemicals and pump it up to get a nice pressurized spray to get into all of the little nooks and crannies. 3) Buy an assortment of brushes (tooth brushes, paint brushes, bathroom brushes) and keep them in your “cleaning kit” to enable you to get into all of the crazy places that tend to attract mold and mildew. Keep chugging along!!!
That sounds a good idea- thanks Darrly! Will buy a garden sprayer- will be helpful for cleaning the teak too at times 😊 and an assortment of brushes are now added to the list- thanks 😊😊
Welcome to the world of the Colvic Victor 40.
I have owned Melody Maker for 13 years we are in Greece still working on her and plenty of ying and yangs. They really are a solid take you anywhere yacht. Really enjoy your videos and your outlook on life. See you in Greece sometime.
Oh cool! Nice to know the yin and yangs aren't just us 😊 See you on the water 😊
At 7 mins in, explaining how you used to tick off the days and how you now realize how wasted them days were, that really hit me - I do it alot, maybe too much, I have a good life too so you really put it into perspective for me. Oh and this is the first video I've watched of you guys - I'm from SE England so nice to watch a channel closer to home. I will look forward to experiencing your journey with you, subscribed for sure.
Its not necessarily a bad thing- but its definitely good you have realised now as its something you don't want to end up doing your whole life! Glad you can resonate with that message 😊 and that you found the channel! Happy you are here 😊
Watch the rigging doctors recent episode.... It can happen to anyone 🙄 even sailing Delos
after they returned to their boat after x mas away..
Will do! Thanks 😊
Your mysterious pipe is more likely the breather rather than an overflow - it would normally be connected to a small vent-like fitting on the side. It maybe that it's broken and the other end of the hose is somewhere?? You don't want it in a bilge as it could suck bilge water into your fresh water tank (as you use water that pipe will 'suck')
Also, you probably need to find out why the boat is not level - could just be badly loaded lockers or a full tank on one side, but might be something else.
Great attitude to have (about living each day) and it's something I really struggle to do - always seem to be waiting ....
Thats interesting- thanks Guy! Will look at the other end. I think either ours is super old school with the tube (its unlikely enough air will fill the pipe for water to start coming out) or its broken. I think you can now get valves which only let air out (not water) so we will probably look to replace it with one of those.
The boat is listing because the previous owner added a custom fuel tank (double the size of the original), hence the jugs!.
Great video. Life little problems can seem so big until one steps back and learn about the deeper issue that you face. Your right about wishing your life away. Heck If you weren't fixing problems you would be eating bon bons on deck wishing you had something to do. Cheers.
They really can- stepping back is so important 😊 Maybe one day we will be eating bon bons and wishing for that too! Love perspective!
Always live in the moment. So enjoy your journey on how to become a bonified plumber, electrician, and carpenter. Boat life, gotta luv it. The rewards are amazing.
Very true! Lots of struggles but the rewards are amazing 😊
Your crossing off days analogy rings so true. Yes look forward to the future but Live and enjoy life today. Also if you wait for everything to be fixed or you have all your ducks in a row you’ll never leave the dock. Prepare but don’t worry you’re both doing great. Enjoying the vids and look forward to seeing where your next adventures take you both. Fair winds. Dan⛵️
Very true, thanks so much Dan! 😊
Nobody suggested checking to see if the water in the bilges was salty (sea water - leak in the boat!) or fresh! Fresh would obviously not be so serious and would immediately point to a water tank leak or overflow….. Really enjoying being able to vicariously live your new boating life with you. Congratulations to you both.
Thanks John. It was fresh 😊 The gross water was from the jugs that had leaked and the rest was from the hose we put in to clean out the bilge- (without any way of escaping!)
Its also condensate run off from the jugs ... Use white vinegar to remove mold...its non toxic to you.
Great suggestion- thanks Clive 😊
Living and Learning ....at the marina where so much help is available. You will be so much better prepared when you Sail. Fair Winds 😎
Lucky to be in the marina and not in the middle of an ocean! Very true- issues like this can only help us in the long run 😊
I understand the 3 forward and 2 backwards, but in reality you had two more steps to do than you expected. So it's 3 of 5 steps done. I've had days where a 1 hour project took 2 days. I just didn't realize there were 20 steps not just 3. Live to live.
Very true! Annoying when it happens but thats life! Live to live- i like that 😊
Someone’s been secretly transporting somthing from place to place . I’d guess weed/cocaine from Morocco
Haha i am sure the reason is far less interesting than that 🤣
My fortune cookie today..."Now and then it's good to pause in our pursuit of happiness and just be happy." 😉
Your fortune cookie is spot on!!
Go guys go. Life is a lesson
It sure is 😊
Boat life can be tough, but you two are doing great. Remember, you learn more from your mistakes than your successes...just keep plugging away. I'll tick one of your things off the wish list here in a few minutes. Hope to see you under sail soon.
*Edit*: I find it odd that you have a single water tank on one side of the boat without a matching tank on the other side. I could understand it if it was on centerline, but on only one side? Water is used as ballast, and there should be an interconnecting pipe (with isolation valve) between the L/R tanks to maintain balance. I believe that the tank overflow should run straight to the main bilge, and not some random side bulkhead. I'd follow the guidance of the local marina experts on replumbing your tanks.
Thanks Erik 😊 You really do! Thats so kind- we really, really appreciate your support 😊
Its because the previous owner added a custom fuel tank to be double the size (on port side), which inevitably makes the boat list. The overflow does run into the main bilge, we didn't make that too clear! Its just the extra space under the pilot berth (where we were installing a new tank) which doesn't have a bilge pump because it would have usually just been a 'dry' bilge!
Loved watching you talk about being in the present. Its about the journey, not just the destination :D
It really is! but its even easier to forget that sometimes!😊
It’s always good to get down and dirty in the bilge so you know what is where. As it happens I had a similar issue with my water tank breather. I had the hose in the filler and I wondered why it was taking so long only to find the breather emerges under the chart table and was busy flowing into my bilge. My flexible tanks had filled up and were under pressure as I had the hose jammed in the filler. As for all those water containers….better to have a tank there. May be a good idea to fit some bilge alarms in various areas just for peace of mind. Andy UK
Oh no! Annoying to discover but i guess its helped you out long term as you now know how to fix it! We have now put a tank where the jugs were (vid coming soon- that was a faff too 🤣). And bilge alarms are on the list! Thankyou for all the advice 😊
Your speech at 7:30 makes me respect you so much more.
Better to sort these issues out while at a marina than the middle of the Atlantic Ocean 🌊!! Your doing awesome just keep on keepin on and then do a long Sea Trial before your Finnaly take off for your adventures, I think there will be many more little issue to sort out.
Very, very true. Thanks so much- we are sure lots of issues to come but all part of the adventure 😊
Live and learn. And remember we only learn from our mistakes, not from our successes. Carry on, you're doing fine.
Exactly! Thanks Don 😊
@19:30 True words, "We're living and learning"🤗
So, at least it was clean water, and the bilge is clean...😉
Very, very true! Perspective is a powerful thing 😊
You might find the compartments that don''t drain to the bilge have rotten timber, best not to dig too deep, you might find another project.. just get it dry..
Haha yes, although would rather it all be great before we leave anywhere, so far it’s actually not looking rotten at all (luckily!)
If this is hole position in the bilge is part of the original design it really doesn't make much sense!?! I'm also interested and concerned why the boat is listing so much to one side without the water jugs for ballast.
It doesn't make any sense 🤣 then again, when the boat was built, there would not have been a water tank there so thats maybe why. The boat is listing because of the extra large fuel tank on the other side (it was doubled in size from the original!)
Keep up the good work you two. I'm enjoying the ride and will send you a link to this video whenever you lapse into living for the future ;)
Thanks Chris! Please do! 😊

The water tank overflow goes into our main bilge which has an electric and manual bilge pump in 😊
Ran into the same situation on our Beneteau. Found some trapped water that didn’t reach the bilge pump
It’s so frustrating! I mean who designed it to do that? 🙈
@@TeuluTribe the boats looking good! Jealous of the pilot House! So much light
