People must have a lot of valuable collectibles that they know nothing about and will never be on this show. I tend to pick up printed things like a Japanese woodblock print ( ukiyo-e) by Kunisada 1 in a junk shop in Japan. It must have been made about 1849/50 and seems to be the last copy of that print anywhere. But how would I get it evaluated? I bought it in 2003. I know what the picture is about but no one at my hotel could read it. It was in Old Japanese.
I thought this show was supposed to be focused on the antiques, I did not realize that now the show completely focuses on the appraisers in trying to tell us how great they are. It's really annoying when you're really interested in an object but then they keep breaking away to tell you just how great the appraiser is. Strong dis-like!!!!!

That TV at 15:50 is not 1960’s styling. It’s early 1950’s.
