As an Indian cricket fan, the whole india must be disappointed with Kohlis many acts right through the series. Arrogance personified. Petulance acts , to say the least. Possibly led to his gradual downfall. Iam appaled with some of the Australian commentators who went onto support these childish acts of kohli just for the sake of IPL contracts. .sad indeed. Konstas... concentrate on your batting and these gimmicks will not take you beyond a series or two...work hard on your technique which seems to be bit lose for test cricket, practice drives especially in the V. Webster seems to be too good though these are the early days..seems like a good middle order bat, he needs to add couple of kms to his pace, may be 130s would be handy. Well done australia. Well , Indian youngsters must have gotten more opportunities, however kohlis snd Rohits are huge hindrance.. however with plenty of talent indian cricket would go through this transition and do well in the years ahead. A cricket fan, siva, India
It’s so true, most of the Non-Indian players/ commentators are just selling themselves for IPL contracts. U praise someone’s efforts where it’s deserving like what Bumrah had shown in the series and at the same time criticize lackluster performances and absolute unsportsmanlike conduct like what Kohli has shown. But the media seems to be ok with it and in fact seem to put a positive spin on such bullish behavior. Such a sell out! Australia has actually outperformed India in the entire series except for the first test! In fact if it’s not for J Bumrah, this would have looked like a contest between Test playing nation vs a non-test playing nation! The Australian side is looking strong under Cummins but they need to think about the future as most of their established players are in their 30s and I don’t see new players transitioning! Unless something happens within next 2 years, the Australian team might face an uphill task once Smith, Starc, Lyon, Cummins, Hazlewood and co retire.
Absolutely, I totally agree with the above.. India and Australia basically have good ranji or SS system which would groom good cricketers.. as a keen observer of Australian cricket right from 1970s there were issues after retirement s from Chappels, Marsh Thommo, great DKL, but then Hughes and Border and then Waugh brothers Warner McGrath and many more... australia is ageing team and must look into potential replacements for Smith and Marnus..and also for Mitch Starc some stage... cheers@@Petunia500

Australian journalists displayed poor character and acted as rude hosts by featuring Indian cricket legends on the front page of their newspaper with pom-poms and pacifiers. They have no moral authority to judge Indian cricketers. They’ve lost their own ethical standing.
As an indian I want Indian cricketers to concentrate on cricket and not mock or taunt anyone.
he doesn’t need your respect, he is young enough to play, he is young enough to sledge shoulder charge is were he cross the limit but if Australian loses respect after one incident starts abusing him left right and centre then pretty much an indicator that they were dying to not respect him (for years) and justify everything
Congrats Australia ....We will be back :)
Australia's history of questionable behavior in cricket is well-documented-Lillee kicking Miandad, the rash treatment of Gavaskar, or Ponting's clash with Harbhajan in 1998.
Every point is 100% on the money. 💯💯💯
Well said!!
