Hey dude, just a few tips from a long time pvper: Relentless freedom really should be on your armor. You’ll get more benefit from having a dmg perk/debuff perk instead of relentless freedom on the weapon. The reason relentless freedom is good is due to getting out of roots and slows, and that benefit is the exact same when the perk is on armor. I would suggest the wood grain greatsword (shirking nature, trenchant strikes, perk of your choice probably keenly jagged or plagued strikes) which is a 700gs named item from Eden grove. Going specifically for rubies I think is a trap. Maybe if other elemental dmg wasn’t prevalent it would make sense but that’s not the current state of the game. Both void damage and lightning damage are used heavily. Lighting damage is the go to for splitting slash damage to avoid all the slash mitigation. I don’t think I need to express how strong void blade is right now, as well as the abyss. My point is, you negate no other elemental damage when you go full ruby. Just one veterans opinion, but I think just going with opals where you have rubies will give you more overall mitigation
Also wanted to add that you probably have too low of constitution. 150 con is probably where you should. Maybe it’s because you didn’t have food on, but having below 100 con is just a no no for anything that isn’t a hatchet or musket. I think a great attribute spread for what you’re doing is 350 str 100 dex 150 con

You are 1000% right with void I’m for sure going to pivot to opals moving forward might just be best overall, I was just getting tired of everyone with the fire staff lol. Great content man! I hate dealing with mage’s as well, see if you can get Scorpion Stone Amulet, you’ll take 21% less fire damage. I think you’d find better success having a widespread resistance to everything, if you notice someone using fire, lightning, etc put on a different amulet to combat their best player. I use bolt caster, enfeebling skewer, lifesteal, backstab. I also have a full set of enchanted ward, health, lightning harnessing.
I got double life steal on sword. Lifesteal on hit. Lifesteal and heavy attack, has agro on it for tank. And put the gem which grand % damage while being hit. So damage is amazing. Pull agro is great. I have blooddrinker ring of course. Plus 0.5 life per sec on earring. Been criting for 32-3880 crit. Useing 150 strength and 150 dex and 300 con. Almost unkillable in PVE. Especially in dungeons with healer every once in awhile healing me. The set up on greatsword as far as abilities has been Relentless rush, calamity counter and roaring rupture. Constantly blocking while heavy attacking and that's all she wrote. Just do heavy attacks the whole time and never die. Like 99% of the time I don't die.
Good start and glad you're enjoying PVP. Few tips, try to learn the weapon combos for better DPS, for SnS it's leaping strike - heavy atk - shield rush - upheaval. GS is skyward - relentless - charge heavy / crosscut, save steadfast for when u need to stagger, or fight hatchet players so you can go into defensive stance and trade. Lastly, try playing with your camera zoomed out more, it will help you to gain better situational awareness.
Yeah that sns combo I do a lot but I change it up here and there I talk about it in some of my other videos. I haven’t tried that gs one tho so I will 100% try that. And the camera zoomed is just the way I play lol it like it like that.😂 Thanks for the comment man I appreciate the tips🙏🏾
@@Shangar2000 Root doesn't proc unless you're in offensive stance already. Skyward is also a mini gap closer, you slide forward a few meters when doing the upper slash when there's an enemy in front of you.
nice video bro.. glad your enjoying the game, if i can suggest a few changes, you should min go 150 con or you will get melted always, most players run 200. also you cant hear ppl because i guess the in game music is loud af, you can change it on your settings.. and lastly if console allows to make ur fov 70 like on pc, plus zoom out you should try it. there's settings like camera shake and free movement that can be played with. seems like you haven't really looked into all the settings the game allows you to change.. anyways, try it out and see what you think. good luck

That music in the background was edited in while I was editing lol not sure why they are so low in game still. The fov I just like for the immersion and feel. Ik that increasing it would give me more visibility but I just don’t like it that much personally lol. I also get a lot of lock on bugs when I’m zoomed out too much. people may say im wrong but for healers i think the gem that increases what you do to people under 50% hp is better than a buff when your at max hp
