I have similar skin concerns as dry sensitive skin and pigmentation around the mouth like u can I use tretinoin? Will it help to strengthen the skin barrier or ruin it?
Hi… Tretinoin is not the best choice for pigmentation around mouth, it can in fact make it worst. Tretinoin is best for acne marks.
