I think 1st question's ans should be 80/7 %
let consider cost of toy is 100 then cost of packing=40
total price of toy=100+40=140
now 2nd condition cost of packing is decreases by 50% so 40*(50/100)=20
total price as of now is 100+20=120 but
condition is price of toy increases by 30% i.e 120*(130/100)=156
so % change =((156-140)*/140)*100=80/7 %
plz correct me If I am wrong
