I will say the Canucks have been so dominant at times that I'm a bit worried what will happen when they face true adversity. I'd like to see a bit of trial by fire before playoffs.
they are a contender. watching hockey around the league, there arent any teams that are playing better more consistent hockey. They have the goaltending, they show fight unlike past teams. When they give up a goal, they usually answer right back. This team has all the makings of a contender . yall just cant accept it in your minds. i get it.
This year when he's actually been on the ice (he's been injured all year) Zegras has been much better on the defensive side than Kuzmenko or Boeser have been on the Canucks
Ducks fans would adamantly disagree with you
@@lastresort3188 my entire family and extended family outside of me are Ducks fans and they agree lol
“Much better on the defensive side” than Boeser? That’s very hard to believe. Brock has been playing hard minutes on a matchup line all season, and doing it well. He’s only looked bad a couple times when he’s had to cover as a defenceman on rush chances. As a winger in his own zone and in the neutral zone he’s solid, gets pucks out and breaks up plays. He’s on the ice too close out games and gets rewarded with empty netters for a reason.
@mattfoulgerBC I would respectfully highly disagree with all of this. I never see him back check and never see him involved on the fore check. He's simply getting minutes because he's hot. The pucks going in. If the puch wasn't going in they'd swap him and Kuzmenko like last season. They're the same player only Kuzmenko is more talented. Petterson and others consistently cover up Boeser on the defensive side of things. Everyone is entitled to their opinion though
@@ryandenton190 petterson has only played with Brock for the last three games. And Brock definitely forechecks well especially in coordination with his line mates. He’s reliable and predictable and although he’s not a puck hound like Garland or Hoglander his work leads to puck recoveries. Appreciate your respectful attitude though. Regardless of what we think of Boeser, if you like Zegras’s improvement without the puck that’s encouraging to hear. I haven’t seen enough of him to have an opinion on him but if we can buy him when his price is low then I’m definitely interested. He could be Tocchet’s next big project.
Kuzmenko wants to play hockey. Coach wants him to play Tocckey.
Let’s play thockey
they need to keep kuzy around - he's too talented to just give up on @@bvausch1
Kuzzy has one of the lowest plus minus on the entire team so his coverage is definitely a liability. Love his offense though.
Im not sure the Canucks need anything. This team is showing depth. Depends on health.
Another offensive Center is needed
Suter's got offense, but an upgrade definitely would not hurt@@brianwirch9216
Shrieking
Can we stop with serevelli? He makes just non stop bad takes on here and is writing is god awful. Nobody here in Edmonton reads it
😅
