You can do it. It's not hard at all since this video I've done a few you cant mess it up. Just make sure when you tighten the bracket up your doors stay straight.
I have installed Vertical door on my Merc SLK since last year. It is good & well & no problem at all at all. Love it very much. BUT it would be much better if it can be made to operated automatically. Sometime to lift up or down take some strength. I would really hope someone somewhere can made it to be operated automatically, like most SUV that can have the rear door open & close electrically with a push of a button. Wouldn't that be nice? Would pay "an arm or a leg" to get it done. LOL
No regrets you can adjust them to open to almost stock like. Only problems Ive had was with the OEM wires that control the door constantly coming undone becouse of the friction from lifting the door. Vertical doors are alot more common now then when I put mine on. All the people that use to hate on the doors all have them now lol.
