  • In her talk, Sophia discusses her struggles as an overthinker, and how she overcame the obstacles this struggle presented when she was faced with decisions. Sophia Self is a member of the MBJH TEDEd Club. She loves volunteering at the McWane Science Center, attending debate tournaments, hiking with friends, and traveling with her family.     1) need to understand where to pause that overthinking in mind as soon as it hinders with aims
    2) Prioritize your problems= if it is not going to matter after 5 years then don't spend 5 mins on it
    3) Framework for simple decisions based upon ur lifestyle, intuitions and character, also minimize the options
    4) and for permanent ones = there are no solutions-only trade offs ( remember if it turns negative - but in real both was right while analyzing both)

    Worst ted talk ever.. head or tails to make a decision???? One single decision can change one's life.. and she is talking about Outfit of the day and subject selection in school..
