    I lived in Japan and they already do this. We had days where we all clean the drains. It was awesome and a lot of community :)
    Robots in the future will probably do a lot of our dirty jobs.

    I would also add that the system would regulate itself e.g. faster development of robotics, or just diffrent approach to things.

    I like you talking about things besides crypto but the garbage collectors need their jobs.

    People need to be good at their jobs, though. You don’t have extremely skilled workers unless they’re working in the same field consistently. If you’re constantly switching jobs, you’re going to feel less of a long-term commitment to it, your work history will matter less and you’ll feel less inclined to care about the quality of your performance in that work.

      It would also be harder to keep track of who is responsible for poor work performance, which is needed to do something to improve it.
