I'm enjoying your videos because it's nice to finally see people who are in their sixties, like me, from the US and living in the town where my grandparents were born. I think you got an absolute bargain for your beautiful apartment but what I cannot believe what you said about "Your friends thought that was too much?" Do you mean your friends in Texas or in Italy? I don't know where in the USA or Italy you can find a place like yours for that price. Even 750 was a good price for the size and location of your property. Im sure you know that in the US that would be triple the price maybe even more. I hope you find joy, happiness and contentment in such a beautiful City.

Yes, I do realize that it's a bargain for that much square footable and quality of construction. If you check the websites, there are actually places comparable to this for a little less.
