It depends on the watch. I discovered that not all these smartwatches can do that. However, You can check the settings of your watch and the app settings to see if there is an option for 12hrs or 24hrs.

Have got a smartwatch T93Plus but tried to follow your steps but doesn't comply,when i connect Bluetooth with smart watch,it only gives smartwatch audio and i need to reset time automatically using fitpro app but doesn't match

If the time setting is not in the watch, the only way is via connection. When you successfully link the watch to your smartphone, the time should automatically adjust itself to your smartphone's time. Now, if you have tried the ways outlined in the video and still, none of it worked for you, there is nothing else I can do. Better still, you can get a new watch with 12 hrs function.
