Introducing Giga Pets Microchimp

This is my second "odd pet" or non tamagotchi virtual pet - the Giga Pets Microchimp. I've wanted the Compu Kitty for quite some time now but when I saw this one listed on Ebay I couldn't resist. I have to say though that this is definitely not one of my favorite virtual pet and I'm now more reluctant to buy the Compu Kitty one. But I love the design of it though. Enjoy!
I had this little bastard and he was annoying. Started making noise in the closet in fifth grade and the teacher was really mad that someone brought one in cause they were banned.

@@kandicewright9247 The design flaw was no blinking off switch! There should have been a blinking off switch, who agrees with me on this?
I had this growing up, I got this exaxt one when I was 10 years old. Thanks for the memory...I will disagree with you though and say this is better than tamagotchi. :)

Congratulations on you new Tama-Go! :) I don't really have any tips other than that the screen gets scratched up quite easily - so be careful. But some people use Displex I think it's called :)

Try not to drop it! They have something called a "bump glitch". It means that when you drop the Tama-Go, it will break and will be very hard to fix
you're an expert opening packaging without messing it up so bad! XD

I never was fond of the Giga Pets so I never really played much with mine and therefore know very little about it. But those are some interesting observations. Could it maybe be that your microchimp is a wave 2 (the one that makes real monkey noises) while mine is a wave 1 (it only beeps) and the menu's on them are different? I'm sure a quick search on either tama-zone or tamatalk will help :)
Thank you for the offer but I think I'm going to keep mine. I have a giga pets farm and digital doggie on their way both in package so I'm going to try and get the Compu Kitty in package as well :)

I have a Compu Kitty brand new (KFC/green shell) if you're interested...I don't have the packaging because I need it for my other Compu Kitty KFC (one with nano guts). I love your Microchimp :) maybe a trade?
