I think we need a Podcast and Chill version of "Serious Talk", like can Sol at least have a show within the Podcast where he interviews people on Serious Talks like Depression, Anxiety, Suicide etc. I feel awareness if very important and I really appreciated AnkleTaps for sharing his story. We all go through a lot but if you feel someone else's situation is worse than yours, please just visit them, don't be like "If you don't text me I'll also keep quiet". Actually do better, GO VISIT THEM FACE TO FACE, TAKE THEM OUT ON A NICE TRIP, DO SOMETHING TO LIGHTEN UP THEIR DAY, LET THEM FEEL THEIR LIVES MATTER!

We had Emtee on the show and we failed to give him flowers but that man is god sent. His music speaks volumes, I was not surprised he reached out because the music he puts out shows that he has battles in the mind just like all of us, and even if he can’t properly articulate himself in interviews and socials, he is one of the realest humans out there.

I don't understand why people are so loud and laughing when someone is breaking down. I'm disappointed by how Mac G finds mental health a joke. Every time he giggles, it discourages people from opening up. I respect Ankletap for holding it together and still opening up thank you.

Ankle tap was the reason I started watching this podcast, I used to religiously listen to his breakfast show on Y for almost all of my highschool life. It sucks to hear that he went through all that, I'm glad he made it through it all, and the full circle moment for me was how he introduced me to the show while hosting when mac wasn't there, and watching the pod was my Vice when I went through a depression stint.

I fully understand what Ankletap is saying about how you must just show up at a depressed person's place...i remember 2017 i was feeling suicidal my friend just popped in she got there and was shocked at the state of my place...i hadnt bathed, curtains were closed etc. she just drew the curtains instructed me to shower while she cleaned and took me to Spur. Many years later i am still alive and have achieved so much. But during that time nothing felt worth living for😢
