It's a song when she was 17 years old.

Everyone in the chat was talking about the NEMOPHILA cover but actually, it was just Mayu and Tamu with AKIRA on guitar. It was released on Tamu’s UA-cam channel on February 11th 2021 (that was the first time I’ve heard about Ado). Then, it was uploaded on NEMOPHILA’s UA-cam channel on March 19th 2021.

"Usseewa" (うっせえわ) is a harsher/more emotional form of "Ussee" (うっせえー) which is youth/delinquent slang for for "Urusai" (うるさい), which is a command form (?) of "be quiet!" and can also mean "it's noisy/annoying". The controversy was that a 17yo girl openly, sarcastically and harshly criticizes one of the most paternal societal structures in Japan, work culture, which was and still is unheard of, especially for a woman and in mainstream media. With this song she kind of accidentally became the mouth piece for students and young adults who don't want to follow unrational and antiquated hierarchical rules at work anymore, like be a slave to your boss, pour him drinks after work and listen to his rambling about his achievements 20 years ago, etc. That's why conservatives and the like wanted to get it banned, which in turn made it even more popular and made it climb all the way to #1 on the Oricon Charts.
