with so much housing development, government should lower registration tax which encourages transaction in black. Sales transparency will benefit everyone.

In Denmark, several real estate apps provide a transparent view of the housing market by displaying the last sold price of all properties on a Google Map. This allows users to drive around, visit different places, and easily find accurate price information. There’s no information asymmetry-everything is clear and accessible to buyers.
In contrast, in Mumbai, it is very challenging to obtain Index 2 information (which contains critical property transaction details) from the government website. The process is often cumbersome and lacks transparency. The government should take steps to make property information more accessible and clear for home buyers, ensuring a fair and informed real estate market.

Thank you for the incredible work you're doing in making economics and reform ideas accessible to everyone in Hindi. Your efforts are truly commendable, and I believe your videos have the potential to shift the Overton Window towards more informed discussions.
One suggestion: Have you considered translating the show into regional languages? It would allow you to reach an even wider audience and ensure that these important ideas resonate with people across different parts of the country. I hope this small feedback helps in making an even bigger impact!
