Dude, this is TENSA ZANGETSU theme.
Nothing can be explained is ZANGETSU theme.
ZANGETSU and TENSA ZANGETSU are not the same.

Well all the BL Themes are usually associated with one character in particular for example there's another BL Theme that is heavily associated with byakuya (Forgot which BL I think 21?) But yeah it isn't SPECIFICALLY Tensa Zangetsu's theme. A really good example of a BL Theme being associated with a character is BL_82 And white ichigo/Hollow ichigo.
