The visit was meant to boost diplomatic relations. President Isaias #Afwerki got a warm welcome from President Mohamed Abdullahi #Farmaajo, Ministers, MP’s & other #Somali dignitaries on arrival at #Mogadishu Airport earlier today.

Your support, encouragement and friendship to the Eritreans was historic and still I can read it in your face. The more we stand together the stronger we will be. We owe you love from every Ertrean heart. It is Somali the nation and people we respect, to hear the good news that our president Issayas Afewerki is visiting our second hometown. Nothing makes me more Happy than to see our president in Mogadishu after so many years.
