I made my own stormseye build and this is exactly the same thing! (Same stats but I get 30 int instead of 60 charisma post-shrine) and I do go surge path tho, but I might consider abusing stun.
Pretty cool, I go 60 Charisma for level 4 taunt cus it’s funny
