Does this Cheetos flavor bring the heat?

hey everyone, looks like part 2 of my turtles vid is going a bit long, so, I thought I'd throw out a quick review of Cheetos Smoky Flamin' Hot Ghost Pepper puffs. Do they bring the heat, or did they waste the build up in the name?

I've been looking since March, I found them last weekend at a target. They were somewhere that they didn't go, the bag was beat up (you can kind of see it in this vid) and there was no spot on the shelf for them. So, I don't even know if they were supposed to be there.
