I'm a 50 year old French supporter ; I've lived through the early 90's when these two teams absolutely hated each other (Olivier Merle, Brian Moore, etc.) and had nothing but contempt and disrespect, culminating in that horrible quarter final in 1991. I'm so happy to see that today we have two teams and two countries that respect each other ; no cynical fouls, no red cards, just trying to be the best they can, give it all, and shake hands afterwards with class and dignity. I can tell you the French were relieved more than anything at the end. No gloating, no arrogance from anyone. England were great and I truly admire the way they conducted themselves on and off the pitch. Long live English rugby.
Classy comment, it was tough to see when France struggled in the 2010s and amazing to see them being a force in rugby. It was a wonderful game and wonderful watching the French play
We look at France over here and just go "phoaw" the way they play at their best is just unbelievable! was a great game and like you I grew up in that era and much prefer the respect we see between England and France in the rugby now :)
Well done gents, those last two games were some of the most entertaining and quality performances I’ve seen from England for a long while, you should be able to walk away with your heads held high knowing you did us proud! Bring on the summer tests! 🏴 P.s you’ve definitely made me smile Jamie 👍.
Thank you Jamie, the team, and all involved. You fought with English determination and made me proud to support you. And yes, there's a big smile for what you have done so far and what you might achieve with this positive attitude going forwards.
Loved watching England throughout the whole tournament. You can tell the team has a growth culture and whatever happens to them, they learn from it. I can't wait to see what happens next
England were genuinely brilliant this Six Nations, but particularly towards the end. The way they were written off at the start and showed great resilience throughout shows some great prospects for the future, particularly unearthing some of the younger talent in the training squad and on the field. Bravo 🌹👏
Brilliant 6N’s fellas! We were there in Lyon. What a build-up to the game! The atmosphere in the stadium was something I’ve never experienced before! Congratulations on a fantastic tournament.
I'm so excited for this England team moving forward. What a fantastic Six Nations overall. The fact that everyone is talking about those two games vs IRE & FRA says it all. Quality outfit, some real bonds being made in the team, and Borthwick has either masterminded the greatest turnaround in England rugby or he's stumbled upon a group of players who've dictated the way they want to play, or somewhere in between: no matter. They've made believers out of all of us - bring on the summer tests!
Getting good culture vibes from this squad, they came up and narrowly lost against a very good France who have been at a high peak for a while and ambushed a great Ireland. Agree that they backed up the last two games, going away to NZ will be v tough - will need to show even more but I think there is more in that squad.
To all the players & backroom staff, it's been an absolute joy & privilege to follow your journey in this years 6N. To finish as you have in the style you played was fantastic. Remember these times together & go forward as a group to new heights.. 👍👍👋👏👏🏴🏴🌹
French fan here but great to see England back🔥I think if they keep building nicely like they are they will be in a good position to snatch a win against Scotland in few years time
What a match. Two very good teams going at it hammer and tongs. The fitness and physicality of both teams was outstanding. And, as other posts have indicated, no reds or yellows. So, credit to the match officials too.
What a tournament lads. You played some of the best rugby we've seen in years. Keep it up and lets show the world who England are. Top efforts, cheers for the performance.
Sam Underhill..... Two weeks in a row, against decent opposition, two great offloads through tackles, under serious pressure that ultimately lead to tries. Not the usual going to groud first option stuff but nice skillset and hopefully we can see a little more of that kind of intent. 👌👏👍👏
3:49 you can see the cross is already on his right hand before the trick starts, so dynamo must have printed it on using a stamper when he selected chessum for the task..?
Wanna say how proud I am of this England team. Forget the great way we are playing again and we all feel England going to get back to the top of the tree again, but most proud of how the coaches and players have taken some of the most ridiculous decisions in world rugby the last few years and not bleated or whinged about them at all. TMO to rule a no arms tackle was again a bum decision . Did the ref make a clear and obvious error for the TMO to get involved ?
I have been overly critical of the team and it’s not because I dislike the team or the players but because I want the absolute best for my country and because I see so much potential thats not being utilised but we’re slowly getting there and the signs at the end of the tournament were more positive and hopefully we can go to the next level again in the summer
Jaime George has been a terrific captain so far. I look at Ben Earl and I think he's gunna be our guy one day, I just have the feeling he will lead us to a world cup victory one day
Ford and Elliot Daley need replacing now . Ford is just a kicking player he literally does nothing else on the pitch iknow it’s decent to have a good kicker but by god he’s been fortunate to remain 10 for England when there is so much more talented creative players who can also kick but do more things during matches .
Shows what you know. Ford plays flat on the gainline and is an expert at drawing and passing. The final try was an example of a class tip pass he made to open the space. Lawrence's try against Ireland was Ford's vision to work the overlap.

Merle nous manque un peu quand même...mais ils ne manquent pas aux anglais...

They were great games to watch though! But yes I agree lots mutual respect is good to see. Vive la difference. 🏴🇨🇵

Yes, mate. Well said.
Well said indeed!
Superbe équipe d'Angleterre ! Un beau crunch.
Definitely reconnected with the fans
Jamie George take a bow! Thank you!!!!
I dont support England rugby at all. But, I never miss a single one of these episodes. So great to see inside a professional rugby camp. Thankyou
Thank you Jamie, the team, and all involved. You fought with English determination and made me proud to support you. And yes, there's a big smile for what you have done so far and what you might achieve with this positive attitude going forwards.

Very proud of your progression and what the future holds. Good luck boys, keep growing….. 🎉
Feel like this is what the Netflix doc tried to be
Can't wait to see where this team can go. Potentially a very high ceiling. I'm here for it
Jamie George was an excellent choice as captain
French fan here but great to see England back🔥I think if they keep building nicely like they are they will be in a good position to snatch a win against Scotland in few years time
Englishman here, not funny at all. 😂😂😂👍
Funny guy
Jamie George a revelation as captain

love this group of boys, and this content is top notch. Roll on a huge summer and autumn, NZ x3, Japan x2, SA, and Aus 😳 🔥
Immense work fellas - credit to all players and staff. Certainly is a journey, onwards.
Freeman more nervous showing a card trick to a magician that playing France 😅
Excellent tournament proud of the boys. You did us proud
Well done boys - a special team going to special places!
Well done boys - proud of you all - keep it going!!!

Always amusing to see them interacting with a normal-sized human like Dynamo
3:49 you can see the cross is already on his right hand before the trick starts, so dynamo must have printed it on using a stamper when he selected chessum for the task..?
When he shakes his hand as he's introduced, you can see him pocket something after

2:56 song?
