I couldn't have done it without you, took me about an hour, came back to the video a couple of times for the tricks when i got stuck, pc of cake...really liked the pro tip about the electrical tape with the bolts. I ended up using a plastic panel tool, came in very handy, and flipping over the door panel to get the cable off was priceless...thanks for this video. PS, my truck is a 2008 GMC Yukon XL Denali...probably saved me a couple hundred from the dealer..thanks again!!!!!

Does the key still work in the lock?
Thanks for mentioning the notch on the back of the assembly. I wish I’d seen this last night. I kept trying to tighten bolts and the middle of handle assembly was bulging out. After several attempts at readjusting the assemble I took it completely out again and saw that tab.

wish I would've watched this vid first, I broke the stupid red clip getting the rod out when removing the old handle....
I would like to see the whole video. You know the part where you put the bezel back together to run up the window so you can reach the bolts. Video should start with how the vehicle should be configured to do the job.
