Next time you cut aluminum with a angle grinder, put bee's wax on the blade before .... i promise you'll be amazed at how easy and fast it cuts ! .... you're welcome 😊
Looking for advice. I ride similar snow conditions and I currently ride a 146 SKS. I don’t like the wide tall seat of the 146 but a 155 is too long for my area. I want to get a 155 SKS and cut the tunnel down to a shortened 146 length, so like a 137 with a 146 skid. Will I have any issues taking that much tunnel off a 155?
Justin Gilks should not be any problem. That will be about as much as we cut of the pro( 7-8iches). But on the sks you have an extra cooler in the front= you will have more coolant than we have on the pro 👌
Never had a problem with cooling. I’ve never had a single overheat on any of my sleds. But if you do alot of trail riding you should buy an extra cooler. Mtntk has good ones 👍
this mod makes it easier to do it, it demands a lot more use of the brake! but with the geometry of the rear skid and suspension you can keep your nose down !!
short summary: less snow in the tunnel, more flexibility(the tunnel dont brake in the snow anymore), even if the sled is tilting 45 degrees rearwards(almost upside down) is still has the track in the snow, and if you are trenching deep your tunnel cant get hung up on the snow.++++++
Sweet upgrade 👌👌👌
Thank you! 😃🙏
Finally recognized the dub over voices.. MINIONS!!

What Tig filler rod did you use? And what diameter? Cup size? Thanks in advance
I believe it was 2mm 5356 filler rod. Cup size 5. Gold tungsten 1,6mm. 😊
Are you shortening/improving your sled? 😃
Do you have any videos or pictures of what you did with the cooler when you cut it to fit?
Proclimb8 sorry for the late respons. Send me an email and i’ll send you pictures :) t_rygh@hotmail.com
Any chance you could send those pics to me as well? Looking to do this mod. jhildebrand57@hotmail.com
Nice video
thank you :D
How long does this take to do?
About 5-7 hours 😊
How does it run for cooling? Looking to dot he same with my 155

The real question is did you wheelie around?

but why?

hur länge tog det?
Filipholmquist det tar ca 1 dag. Det som tar tid er å kappe ut tverrøret og trykktesting med evt. Ettersveising :)
dude run your grinder the other way
You first. And good luck with that 🤓
Osti que ses laid
