I wanna try this. The combination of that tart slaw with the rich, melt in your mouth pork belly sold me instantly. Yes, this recipe will be prepared in my near future. Thanks Ry👍🏼
@CookingWithRy i meant the canned spray oil, like canola or olive. I tried it on brisket once and thought it helped but couldnt be for sure. Thx for reply.
Love this, probably a semi sweet taco. Definitely fantastic idea with the salt offset the sweet of the apples great pairing flavor combo. Wonder how it would taste if you cured the pork belly into bacon first😅. Probably wouldn't need the salt at the end 🤔😉❤, great.job as always. Thank ypu for showing us how it's done. Love everything you do. Griddle, grill and smoke on my BBQ brother!

Those Taco's Looked AMAZING!! I would use some of the sauce the belly was in over the top of the taco's!! YUM
I’m planning on smoking some pork belly tomorrow. Nice timing!
Good idea for my next weekend, regards from Mexico.

Amazing video as always!
That pork belly looked great! I smoked pork belly the other day. It’s delicious and relatively inexpensive.
Yum pork belly. Looks so good Ry!
Looks amazing
Definitely going to try these. Your channel is my go to source for inspiration! Could what's left be frozen?
Absolutely. I vacuum sealed and froze about half of what I made :)
What happens if you spritz with oil? Will that help hold moisture in?
I’ve never tried that. Might be a bit messy.

Looks good but Just for future add a stick of butter to it when you put it in the pan
Not really into the butter on Pork Belly. I’ve tried it. Already a lot of fat there.
