Didn't get any puppet on the f2p but got 1 artifact chest so i'm not mad at all. Rest was L/D chest and relics and cores so useful later on. But which artifact should i pick for Eloise? AMB or Crown? I remember AMB being best for her when she came out, still true?
You should pick crown for her, because Amb scales with attack, but Eloise should be build tanky

Well, 200 relics basically half a o2w arti, so it's not that bad overall. Also the puppets are great.

Well, it doesn't matter which squares you click. If it mattered then the percentage chance for all rewards would be equal, which it is not. The choice is an illusion.

if barry high rolled a 10 star puppet and got couple puppets by the end of the week, he could have gotten eloise e5. making him the winner.
but to make u feel better it doesnt matter what spots u pick in the prayers it just gives u a chance and than it decides whats it going to be so u wouldnt get it either way if u would pick diffrent slots
Should I build my Russell to 10 star or my Carrie to 9 star with the dark/light hero selection chest
depends on your goal. I'd say Russell because ou need him for seal land. carry is more pvp focused
