NOPE ..MAIN PROBLEMS ARE NOT THESE ..MAIN PROBLEM ARE THAT ,THEY TEACHES US THEORY MOSTLY INSTEAD OF PRACTICAL WORK LIKE IN 9TH ,10TH AS I HAVE COMPLETED MY 10TH THAT 'S WHY I realized it ...SECONDLY ,YES ! HUSNAIN IS RIGHT MOSTLY STUDENTS HAVE NOT CONFIDENCE ...THIRDLY, teachers show anger on even small mistake which lose students confidence and interest for work ...by the way I did my 10th from Fouji Foundation so ,there was strictness for work and and discipline ..so I am not going against my school bcz it was good but I am saying about other schools ... lastly ,govt schools are worst bcz teachers do their duty for high salary not for students and the system of boys govt schools are very worst then girls ...WEL L , good job I appreciate u guys ... M.HUSNAIN in which school do u read ? and what's ur city name ?

@@ITZ-TK_LEADER55 he isn't a lecturer. He's a kid who thinks he's the shi. I'm sorry to be rude but this kid's nothing special. He claims to be one of the smartest kids in Pakistan but that's far from true. If you really want to see what an intelligent kid is, go check out Arfa Karim, the youngest Microsoft certified engineer. Whereas this kid's only certified in yapping. His ego, coupled with his yapping skills makes his character very irritating. Being talkative does not make you an intelligent person. The fault is his parents' that they fed his ego by motivating him to give shitty talks instead of actually teaching him how to speak.

Thanks to UA-cam thay it suggested me this video .. me kitne time se bss isi thought me hn thay how can we make our schooling system better.. happy to see that someone is alteast talking about this issue .. the most basic thing they didn't mention is 'THE RATTA SYSTEM' ! We are just making our kids learn all the syllabus instead of conceptual learning..
I like the point 'teacher should be interactive, fun and can focus on each student (not only favorites)'
Our kids lack confidence.. teachers ko is p kaam krna chahie .. and and and there should be a teaching course in which they should teach teachers how to teach !
