Had Tim Pychyl as a prof. while studying psychology at Carleton back in the early 90's. The class was Developmental Psych. He was the best post-secondary teacher I have had. Passionate, kind, a real person and a true teacher.
I love the idea of using a "future self" to attain goals, but now for me it seems very abstract and I would like it to make this something real and present in my life.
I love how mr Pychyl allows himself to mix in some of the eastern philosophies, instead of maintaining a hard rigorous scientific line.
