27 FEET TALL SRI ISHTASIDDHI BHAKTA ANJANEYA SWAMY PRATHISHTAPANA
AT HARIHARAPURA
Srikshetra Hariharapura, located at the holy banks of River Tunga, is the sacred abode of Lord Sri LakshmiNarasimha Swamy, worshipped by Agastya Maharishi, and Goddess Sri Sharada Parameswari, consecrated by Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankaracharya. This ancient Sharada LakshmiNarasimha Swamy temple at Hariharapura had been subject to massive renovation for the past 10 years. Presently, the renovation works have reached the final stage and the MAHAKUMBHABHISHEKA MAHOTSAVAM of this glorious temple is planned to be held soon.
As part of the renovation project, lakhs of devotees from worldwide have been very devoutly participating in Sreemath’s ‘NARASIMHA DIVYA NAMA LEKHANA JAPA MAHAYAJNA’ since few years now, by writing and submitting NARASIMHA DIVYA NAMA BOOKS to Sreemath. These DIVYA NAMA BOOKS written by devotees are indeed a sacred symbol of true devotion, which needs to be preserved with due respect!
A ‘SMARAKA’ was hence constructed at Hariharapura wherein all the DIVYA NAMA BOOKS written and sent by devotees were arranged together at one spot and reverentially preserved forever. A majestic 27 feet tall deity of SRI BHAKTA ANJANEYA SWAMY was consecrated atop this SMARAKA on the KARTHIKA POORNIMA DAY of 30th of Nov 2020 (Monday).
