Amazing how new buyers will pay an obscene premium on a new shotgun sliver of a home (condo or otherwise), when they can easily find a home and lot that is in the same preferred community for a fraction of the price.

Is there an option to change the gas stove to induction? Or should I buy induction?

Hi typically you would have to pay extra to get the change done prior to possession of the home 😊 however most builders are willing to discuss this change in advance depending on availability of your chosen product!
