the MR2 swap is surprisingly stable.
The Lancia Delta is very good at 700PP With the GTR Engine. Nothing gets near it in road cars only races.

The Yaris is good but not the best, if you haven’t tried it against good drivers don’t talk .
The 787b engine swap also seems to swap in the huuuuge long distance fuel tank. Try the 800pp race on sardegna on hard compound tyres, can do a 0 stop strategy and win against much quicker cars 👍
I have to pit once with my rx8 my hard compound tyres are dead after 8laps
@@hyttiismo Interesting... I was using TC on 3 because the thing was a total deathtrap, maybe that helped. Usually I wouldn't use any TC at all. Still, its been months since I tried this so maybe it doesn't work anymore.
the rx7 with 787b engine makes one hell of a drift car
TC on 3 and no other mods and its surprisingly drivable 😂
The Lexus LC500 would be an interesting candidate for a massive 1000+bhp engine swap since it has a stock 10 speed gearbox! , only 8 if you upgrade it to racing but that should still be enough

The MR2 doesn't get enough love. Drives live a dream with the 4.2 in it. The RX-7 with the 4 rotor is a 700PP animal. The K Swap Civic is great. As is the 2 Rotor Miata. The Twin Turbo LS in the Q's is just for drifting and 300mph runs....

M3’03 with Z4 GTR3 engine is a beast
The Mach 1 swap feels butter smooth, I dont know about being the best but it feels damn fine to drive

13b swapped Miata is quite nice as well
The greatest part is not only did it gain the power, but the fuel efficiency too.
I really like the Toyota crown with the lexus engine.
At 700pp it is very fast and can do 8 laps of le mans 30 minutes with no pit stop for fuel
The coolest is the Sambabus with the swap, it can actually keep up with some sports cars.
Imagine swapping a f1 car engine into a suzuki cappuccino
The E46 M3 with the Z4 V8 swap makes it sound almost like the legendary M3 GTR that destroyed the Porsches in the ALMS and also the cover car for Need For Speed Most Wanted 05 and Carbon.
I kept it NA but it still can be a handful car if you are not careful with throttle control out of the corners.
I kinda bummed the actual M3 GTR is still not in the game.
Rmb playing the beast of the M3 GTR in GT4 on the PS2.
There are a lot of cars on GT7...
But not enough engines swaps.
I hope to see the 911 Turbo engine for the Beetle one day!
I’m a bit surprised that you only get certain engines from the roulette. It makes sense maybe that not every car can be swapped with every engine, but wish we could in theory win any engine that’s in the game
@@iggyignat You should be capable to win every single engine in the game, with atleast one or two swaps per engine.
I can't believe that the Type R engine can only be fitted in a Mini, while the Autobianchi A112 has an even bigger space for the engine than the Mini, just to say.
@@fredphilips5320 it all has to do with licenses autibianche might not have allowed PD to make that swap possible in rhe game pay close attention here og the cars you can swap that arent japanese they are all from the same brand but the japanese brands already allow engines from other brands in their cars it all has to do with licensing PD has to ask the manufactorers everything they cant just make what they want
I love the Delta too. And I was very lucky to get the Ultra High RPM turbo for the GTR engine that is compatible with this swap... it makes the Lancia even better !
With the proper upgrades and a good tune the Mx-5 can be extremely competitive with the 787b Rx-7. Easier said than done, but I won the lt1 engine for the Miata 10 days after game release so I've had A LOT of seat time and tuning to dial her in. She is an absolute animal now.
Oh yeah, I’m sure that with proper work anything will be just as competitive if not faster :)
The MX5 does not take the 787 motor. It takes the RX7 motor from the spirit you can put the 787 motor in.

Sorry but my swapped ND is absolute terror on 700pp . 731 hp on 960 kg NOTHING BEATS IT not even the swapped silvia with 1200 hp
You left out the Classic MINI with a K20 Honda swap, the car is stupid fast but you have to detune it be cause of the crazy amount of torque steering.
Yes it does a 1:17 and is up there in Daily Race A this week.

I've played every day for three months. I still don't have an engine. I just assume that it's going to be the lowest award possible on every card. Ninety-nine percent of the time, it is.
Yeah there was once an engine farming glitch and that’s basically how people got loads of them. Outside of that, it’s basically impossible to get them
On pure speed it has to be the RX7 with the Mazda group 1 motor.
But on gameplay I also prefer the Lancia with Dirt tyres.
It's an absolute rally monster, than only the Suzuki Escudo can handle.
I'm level 40 collector to give an idea of how many roulette tickets I've received..and only have ONE engine..I know they had the glitch..but I never did it..them things are ridiculously hard to obtain
Nah you gotta try out the silvia on 700 pp Le Man's ive got mine up to 1340 hp with 1027 kg it has to be a bug though that mine has 700 pp i habe everyting like fully custom. transmission and soft race tires. I think it happend because i first built it as a drift car 🤔

The r33 with with the rcp 92 is my fav and good out of the box after upgrading very little tuning, 370z and e46 m3 all take very little tuning after upgrading

Its funny when people put every bit of power they can into a car then complain about it being undriveable 🤣. Engine swaps are about a lot more than just increasing peak hp numbers

One of my favorites is the Honda engine in the Mini Cooper. It only gets up to about 620PP even on racing soft tyres but can dominate much stronger cars if you can manage the insane wheel spin.
In classic car lobbies the Porsche powered Beetle is an excellent choice and also the Lancia with the GT-R engine is quite a beast. Actually I'd love to challenge you for a race in your 787B RX7 vs my Lancia on Nordschleife and believe you would not stand a chance due to superior cornering of the Lancia 😉

Plus some people also build the cars up to the max with other upgrades. And some cars just have a higher upgrades ceiling, which also comes into play

I have the problem that sometimes my RX-7 just loses the ability to steer. Do you know why that is the case ?
It does happen sometimes to certain cars
It happens because the front wheels get stuck in the fender and you can't steer, due to high compression. You can try fixing it by increasing the ride height or making the car stiffer

What settings you got on silvia i cannot control it in low gears at all ?
Can’t send you the screenshot, but the main thing I did - I lowered the LSD setting all the way down
And also just use higher gears always. I don’t think I ever go below the 4th gear lmao

My PlayStation is set to English, but I thought you could just change between metric and imperial in the game settings, no?
@@iggyignat Previously I've selected English (uk) and its showing BHP with weight in lb.
Distance unit could be switched between imperial and metrics, yes. But aside from that, all other values are displayed based on system's language.

Your set up looks horrid. Your mid corner Speed is way off what I’m doing in my pp700 build RX-7 build on hards. Work on the set-up you’ll smash the gr3 cars.
You’re right, because there is no setup on it at all. The point was to experience the car with minimal changes
Obviously I could’ve improved it massively with the setup, but you’re right, no setup is not the best kind of setup😅

Only the LS7 swapped S13 is broken. Every other engine swapped car I’ve tuned is still slower than most of my other cars. The S13 just needs it’s performance points increased. Quite a bit.

@@WEEWEE_GUY It’s really not hard to make that car stable enough to have a +10 second gap each lap against any other street car. Took me 5 minutes to make a tune capable of beating all my 700pp time trail records on the first try. 🤷♂️
That’s why my 700pp lobbies have 845hp limits on them until the next balancing update, just to make things a little more interesting tbh.
