Same - about 60 days out. But maybe a good reason to go back sooner? I think my family would really enjoy Universal and Epic - but we don’t have the time this go around - just doing Disney parks.
@@lucascuadradojr.7662 too bad but hope they’ll replace it with something worthwhile. I guess things have to change sometimes. But the Dino land has had so many changes recently that I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Thanks
I would like to go back, went nearly every year for about two decades (only missed due to covid). Right now, I may be waiting until they have enough sense and lack of greed, and bring back customer service, things like Disney Magical Express and resort check-in, and lose the pay for every little extra attitude. Disney is no longer magical, it's a money pit.
2025 is going to be the BEST time to visit Disney World! With Universals Epic Universe opening, I feel like Disney is gonna be pumping out a lot of discounts and special offers to compete. And I think they parks may be a little slower/less crowded than usual too due to that other park opening so.. I feel like 2025 is gonna be the best time too!
August 2025... for our 30th Wedding anniversary (with our 2 kids) Exactly 30 years after our honeymoon there ! After the U.S. schools have gone back, and hoping that all the crowds will be at Epic Universe !
We just got back from an epic family trip (19 of us) tp WDW and it went great! Lines were reasonable and only had to lighting lane a couple rides (Tron and Guardians). There were a lot of sporadic ride closures (for minutes upwards of a whole day), which was way more than normal.
I dig the new Cars rides and my daughter is excited. Bizarre however that they didn’t redo Tomorrowland Speedway with a Cars theme. Smelly, smokey, loud, and nothing futuristic about the whole experience. A Cars re-theme seemed like a no brainer unless they plan to put something else in the space.
Doing both 2024 and 2025. I'm a Disney girl. I've tried Universal and they have a handful of rides I like (MIB,ET,Spider-Man, Hulk,Mummy) but for the most part it's pretty skippable for me. I wish I did like it more because they do offer better perks than Disney does now. But they offer them because they have to. Disney doesn't offer them and they still eclipse Universal Studios' numbers. It will be interesting to see if the opening of Epic impacts their numbers enough to bring back some of those lost perks (package pick up, free LL,etc) 🤞.
Yup, I agree we always do both. Epic universe simply means adding an extra day or so to universal, currently 2 and a half days is all we need, I suspect epic will mean bringing it to a full 4 days but disney always requires about 8 to 10 days depending on the nature of the trip
I will never go to Disney World. It's a premium entry price that nickle-and-dimes more than Spirit Airlines... all to stand in lines in the sweltering Florida heat and pay $40 for a mediocre meal. The only people in Disney World now are those blinded by nostalgia. Attendance is down for a reason.

What I would really like to see is smaller crowds in Disney, but that’s not our current reality. I really think it is due to lack of employees. This was not as much of a problem from the late 80s through the early 2000s. There were days here and there, but not like the current issues. If the long lines aren’t due to crowds, then why are there even lines? I can remember often walking onto rides from the standby queue. No waiting at all. I can wait 30-40 minutes in a queue, not waiting 60 minutes or longer. The prices are out of control too.
