Does anybody know if the bird at 8:03 is a Northern goshawk (Accipiter gentilis) or Eurasian sparrowhawk (Accipiter nisus)?

I went to Krakovo Forest around Easter this year with my partner and her father. We also went to Cerknica Lake which was something different to see.
