Vibranium absorbs KE by vibration and we know an object in motion posses KE high motion = high KE that means high force behind the motion = high KE but when you exert a low force to throw to knockout a human it should absorbs the KE but due to the gradual absorbtion of KE captain America is able to knock out humans and for throwing shield too far he should be applying forces you can't even imagine but when bullets are fired then due to gradual absorbtion it should absorb only partial amount of KE then the bullet should repel consideing any angle rather 90/45° and if it's absorbing all KE at once then you can't throw the shield cause it will absorb all the force exerted by cap in vibrating and one more thing when he fell from the building it should absorb KE by vibrating that would be a good amount of vibration and cap was filled around shield so he can absorbs or I say bear the vibration and one more thing that we don't have to forget energy can neither be created nor be destroyed so all the vibration should be emmense or huge and overall considering cap is super human he can exert that much of force to throw the shield which can absorb so much KE then throwing the shield while moving and catching it back it should give a emmense force which according to the movie is exerted and beared by cap so if he can exert all that much of force by legs on jumping he can jump like hulk what do you say and yeah afterall it's a movie I love watching Marvel movies and I am exciting about eternals and doctor strange .

Listen Bro the 2nd theory has a reasonable scientific explanation . We know that vibranium absorbs kinetic energy. When captain throws it at a human vibranium can't extract kinetic energy and because of it's round shape it doesn't give much damage. But Thor's hammer and that V-toll it is simple as it was metal and had propellers it was producing kinetic energy which the shield absorbed and destroyed it. This theory is also specified in MCU comics
